Nice place value for your dollar.

One night price was right location was good. Staff was friendly and a very nice breakfast with a good variety. Beds were comfy and clean rooms.

The staff working during the day were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great stay. I would have given them 5 stars, but for the evening front desk staff. They were incredibly rude to myself and my family. It's unfortunate that those 2 staff marred an otherwise great stay.

Room was clean. We were worried when we discovered it was RIGHT BESIDE the elevator but surprisingly the noise wasn’t bad. While clean , the hotel seems tired. This was especially noticed in the room with the soft chair very worn out and the office chair way too springy and loose.

Housekeeping went over & above. They got right on our concern about the phone to call front desk & replaced the coffee maker when it was faulty. Food was great for breakfast. When I forgot my coat at breakfast on a chair, staff had at front desk for me to pickup.

We have stayed at this property often in the past, not sure if it’s under new management, but it is definitely rundown from past visits. Our room was missing a chair to sit on and only had an office chair. Carpet was in rough shape, bathroom was fairly clean. Our check-in staff were not very friendly (& a bit of language barrier) but the staff at checkout were super friendly which rectified some of our disappointment.

My friend and I stayed at this location the night before we flew to Cancun. We did not use the pool area. The rooms were very clean and tidy. We will stay again.
