Beware of parking! Cars double park, blocked twice

This is a 3 guest room B&B. There is no lobby, dining area, etc. No one is on property. You must message owner if you need anything. Owner comes quickly. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING EXCEPT ON THE STREET IF YOU CAN FIND IT. Our rooms were very nice and our host delightful and helpful. The property was walkable to everything.

Amazing Hotel/B&B - Clean & Tidy - Great Location

We had an absolutely amazing time in Reggio Calabria at the Deluxe B&B Centrocittà. The B&B was in a great location just 2 minutes from the main street and 5 minutes from the beach front. Everything was clean and tidy and Giuseppe (owner) was more than helpful, breakfast was delivered each morning and nothing was too much trouble. The town was very chilled and would recommend the area to anyone who wants to visit traditional Italy with great views of Sicily. Highly recommended Hotel/B&B and would certainly stay here again.

Unpleasant stay!

The owners should present the conditions of the building. This is a very old building with stairs, which means that people with health problem have difficulty to carry on luggage upstairs without elevator. Also, the old windows do not protect from terrible noise from the street. Furthermore, breakfast is included, which means that have to walk down the street to get just a cup of coffee and one croissant. In addition, check-out was 10.00, very inconvenient if one wants to visit some places in the morning.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Stanza ben arredata e confortevole. Situato a 2 passi dal lungomare e quindi a piedi si può raggiungere tutto quello che serve. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la facilità nella comunicazione col proprietario, ci siamo visti solo una volta ed anche per caso, in quanto ha automatizzato sia il check-in che il check-out. Poi persona molto disponibile e cordiale, sembrava di parlare con un vecchio amico.

Consiglio questo B&B a tutti: la struttura è nuovissima, le camere sono spaziose è molto pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Il proprietario, Giuseppe, e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili nel farci trovare la camera pronta il prima possibile. Ottima la colazione servita in camera e acqua in dotazione gratuita. Il Sig. Giuseppe ci ha anche fornito una lista di ristoranti e pizzerie consigliati in zona. La struttura si trova vicina al museo e a pochi passi dal corso e dal lungomare. Che dire? Una piacevole scoperta, consiglierò il B&B ad amici e conoscenti e se dovessi tornare a Reggio Calabria sicuramente tornerò qui!

B&B superlativo!

Ottimo b&b a due passi dal meraviglioso lungomare di Reggio Calabria, il gestore è una persona cortese, disponibile ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Ho trovato la pulizia della camera e del bagno impeccabile, il letto comodissimo e la colazione varia ed abbondante! Molto apprezzata anche la doccia con idromassaggio.

Camera meravigliosa, come da foto del resto, tutto rigorosamente nuovo. Bagno impeccabile. B&B nel complesso veramente molto carino, curato nei dettagli e ottima ed abbondante colazione. La posizione centrale è ottima per gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con i mezzi dato la fermata degli autobus a 15metri dal portone. Il personale è molto gentile e cortese.
