We really appreciated that the receptionist allowed us to check-in early! We were coming from a long flight, and when we arrived in the hotel, it was noon. We were so tired from the flight that we needed to take shower and rest. Although check-in time is 3 pm, the receptionist used her discretion and let us check in early. Definitely would like to come back next time.

Stayed 3nights. Receptionists aren’t cheerful and friendly unlike other hotels. Location was excellent for my needs and walkable to historic centre. Quite and Safe environment and hotel and near train station and shopping centre.

Arcaden next hotel makes a great location

Within 5 - 10 minutes walk to train station. Across the street from hotel is a very nice mall (Arcaden). Between Arcaden and next to and above train tracks is a walk way to bahnhof. Arcaden and the area have some good shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Great bed.
