Clean room and bathroom, welcoming staff. My only grumble is the menu at the restaurant for dinner - all very carb based and no options for diabetics really at all. The waiting staff tried their absolute best to tweak the menu for me, but they didn’t even have many basic salad ingredients like cucumber to be able to help very much! I appreciated their effort anyway though.

Room was clean and welcoming. Thanks to Marta who cleaned our rooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our sleep. Staff was reminded at breakfast to clean the tables other guests have use so we could have space to sit for our breakfast. The displayed dishes were practically empty when we arrived and we had to be scooping the bottom to get scrambled eggs, also bacon. We got the last Sausages left. This experience wasn't pleasant especially when the time was left about 20 minutes

It's only because this happened two mornings running is the reason I'm even mentioning this, it was the he breakfast buffet, it was the bowl of red berries in juice next to the bowl of yogurt which was just a bowl of juice, thats nit because other residents had chosen this for breakfast, we were one of the early residents who'd gone down for breakfast. It was eventually changed for a new bowl of berries, id already sat down with my yogurt and mostly juice with bits of berries, after I'd already struggled to find a few berries. One morning ok but 2 mornings on the run i can't understand, why put it out like that, obviously the staff from the morning before had cling filmed the bowl & not bothered to get it ready in a fresh bowl for the next morning, also the greek yogurt should have been put into a fresh bowl, it had dried yogurt around the sides from previous use.it would be nice to see staff in uniform rather than wearing their own clothes with a name badge, they do not stand out when you're looking for staff. Overall though I'd recommend this hotel, the staff are very helpful & pleasant.

Free parking is great albeit there are only a few prime spots at the front and the rest need to be better lit as the far corners in the dark rain with kids was not great. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious although by 10am it was just warm and not hot, which is not fair to those who pay the same price but have to come down later with children. Also, foyer has a weird old cigarette smell which was in our coats when we got home.
