202 CDN $ is a rip-off , place should be shut down , is dirty and worn out , owners say they're shutting it down for renovations end of Sept , but it never shoud've been even on the Expedia website . I hope they tear it down and rebuild it from the foundation up , even the local town people are amazed that it is still in business, they see it as a filthy neglected dump.!

It was an historical building that was closing for upgrades to be done. Staff was kind. No air conditioning, no television, no elevator, just very old.

The place is an old Inn that is being refurbished. The room is small but comfortable. There weren't many amenities or TV in the room. The town is scenic with a harbour on Lake Superior.

We enjoyed our stay at The Red Rock Inn. It is a comfortable vintage Inn with a feel at home atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a unique stay.

The view from this hotel is fabulous. Everything else leaves much to be desired. The condition has declined markedly over the years. You are greeted by weeds in a decrepit driveway the landscaping needs some tlc. The front steps have chipped paint and recovered with dirt. The entire exterior of the hotel seems to need a refurbishment. The sheets were thin. The breakfast marginal. There was no TV no hair dryer no clock and the woman who is supposed to be there for breakfast at 6:00 a.m. showed up late

Overall a good stay, eclectic clean rooms and all utilities worked fine, older property in need of some repairs but a neat building with a lot of history making for an interesting stay. Continental breakfast was basic but ok. Red Rock in general is a nice area but seemingly a dying one; one restaurant which was closed on our stay so options were go to grocery store which had minimal selection and expired food or drive 20 mins to nearby town we opted to get a few groceries and use the Inns kitchen (which was very nice of them) but we’d opt to drive to restaurant next time due to limited grocery option. Staff was great and very helpful.

We loved our stay and the receptionist was OUTSTANDING! She treated us so kindly. They are ready to close for extensive renovations. We can’t wait to see pictures when they are done. This is the coolest building. What a charming town.

Yes, the place is clean and the staff friendly but the most excellent thing is this inn's amazing history! Every room seems to bear a dignified story from its past. Its worth the side trip just to stay here!

No tv or coffee maker or frig in room, which we knew but... Breakfast was spartan. Needs to be renovated. Plastic frame on mirror in the bathroom was taped to hold it together. Chairs in room 102 were very worn. Dining area was gloomy. Bed was comfortable.

Under new ownership and very unorganized. They didn’t have my reservation till I showed them my confirmation. The room and bed were nice enough but had to run a space heater as room unit didn’t work.

I was so wanting to stay here but when we got there....was disappointed. There was no TV in the common area and no amenities on the property like they show in the pictures. They are getting ready to renovate the property. I don't feel they should have charged me full price for my room. With nothing to do and no TV in common area. Staff were friendly. But disappointing.
