Disliked: Amenities
First I never got an email giving me the code to get in. I had to call to get it. Then it was hard to unlock the door to get in. Then we couldn’t ever lock the door from the outside. We struggled to lock from the inside. The bathroom was moldy. There was food in the fridge that wasn’t ours. My friend fell outside the flat because there is a step but the outside light wasn’t working.

Had a nice family stay in Rayleigh. Convenient location for visiting places in Essex. Rayleigh itself is a good town with lovely parks, and cafes. Apartment was very suitable for our family, and convenient having parking space.
