About this property

The old mill

I, Luigi, I built this house on the ruins of an old mill belonging to my ancestors. Probably some time, the house was on? Two floors: the ground floor of the mill, the first floor of the house owner.
I redid the exterior stone walls as they once were. Inside the house I found the press that I left with a visible safety glass.
I, Luisella, I decorated the house with a simple style, but with attention to detail. I mixed colors, souvenirs, objects that make the environment very Mediterranean for a quiet and romantic even in winter.

amazing Old Mill

Het huisje past als een jas en is eenvoudig ingericht. Met warm weer zit je heerlijk onder de veranda en kijk je uit over Rapallo. Wij vonden het in alle drukte van de kust heerlijk om naar ons huisje terug te keren. Bedenk dat dit huis dicht bij de autostrada ligt. als je geluidsgevoelig bent is dit een nadeel omdat je continue verkeer hoort. Het huis heeft airco waarmee het gemakkelijk wordt om de ramen dicht te doen. Het is een gemakkelijk huis om in te verblijven. Parkeren met een grotere auto kan een probleem geven daar de parkeerruimte redelijk beperkt is.

Nicht im Herbst!

Wir hatten die Kritiken zu den Häuschen gelesen und waren überzeugt, dass uns der Aufenthalt besten gefallen würde. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. In der regnerischen Zeit war das Haus von hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit betroffen. Die Kleider und die Bettwäsche waren klamm, trotz das mit den zwei guten Klimaanlagen versuchten die Feuchtigkeit aus den Zimmern zu drängen. Des Weiteren ist zu beachten, dass die Autobahn sich ca. 300 m entfernt, auf gleicher Höhe befindet und ein ständiges Rauschen vorhanden ist. Lärm kann auch entstehen, wenn ein starker Sturm herrscht. Direkt an der Wand angeschlossen befindet sich ein Gebäude mit Baugeländer, dessen Rohre gegen die Hauswand schlagen. Es besteht kein direkter Weg zwischen Häuschen und Parkplatz. Die Dauer für den Weg liegt bei ca. 2-3 Minuten, d. h. der Transport dazwischen ist auf dem ungereinigten Weg und geringer Beleuchtung müßig. Insgesamt hat uns verärgert, dass wir pro Nacht unverhältnismäßige 120 € gezahlt haben. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass Luigi, der Vermieter immer rechtzeitig zur Hilfe stand und soweit möglich das Problem löste.

Ligurien/alte Mühle

Gepflegtes Appartement, sehr sauber, Küche komplett ausgestattet, Gastgeber bei Ankunft vor Ort und sehr nett. Hübscher mini-Garten, aber leider ca 300 m Luftlinie von der Autobahn-Brücke entfernt, sodass man alle Motorräder und LKW nach dem Tunnel beschleunigen hört. Die Fenster schließen dicht, drinnen hört man nichts davon. Parksituation wie von allen bereits beschrieben - die Strecke ist auch mit Gepäck gut zu laufen, da der kleine Weg betoniert ist.

A 5 minuti da Rapallo immersi nel verde

La casa è carina, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Il giardinetto presente è ben curato e grazie al pergolato abbiamo potuto gioire dello spazio esterno nonostante i primi 3 giorni di tempo instabile. I giorni successivi svegliarsi al mattino e poter contemplare il sorgere del Sole è stato molto nutriente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia della Sig.ra Luisella e del Sig. Luigi. Sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender gastgeber

Eine grüne oase mit stadtanschluss.nicht direktes parken möglich,dafür ein sehr schöner sitzplatz mit ausrechend schatten. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!!

Logement confortable et bien situé proche Portofino

La maison de vacances de Luigi et Luisella est très agréable et très confortable. Elle se trouve au sommet d'une colline dans la verdure (en entend toutefois l'autoroute au loin). A noter qu'il y a un arrêt de bus plus bas vers l'église. C'est une bonne situation pour rayonner et visiter Genova (30 km), la péninsule de Portofino+++, Camogli (10km) ou bien les Cinque Terre (environ 1h-1h30 par le train depuis la gare de Rapallo). Luigi et Luisella sont parfaits et nous les saluons.

Très bon séjour dans la maison de Luigi et Luisella.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au gite de Luigi et Luisella, idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Rappalo et à la croisée de multiples excursions : Portofino et SanFrutuuoso, Santa Marguerite, Sestri Levante, les Cinq Terres (très chouettes, même si gorgées de monde !), Camogli et Gênes. Maison calme, petit jardin bien entretenu et appelant le farniente ! De bien belles vacances ! (Août 2017) Delphine B.

Leuk huisje met mooi uitzicht.

We vonden dit een zeer leuk huisje, mooi ingericht met een prachtig zicht vanop het terras op Rapallo. Luigi en Luisetta hebben ons warm onthaald en gaven ons vele nuttige inlichtingen over de streek. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!
