Lake Mirage Racquet Club is a secret gem, whether you play tennis or pickleball or not! If you love the sun of the desert and also love water, you will love your stay here. This home has recently been BEAUTIFULLY renovated with brand new floors, 3 new showers, new soaker tub and opening up of walls between the kitchen and living room, which greatly improves the sight-lines and creates a natural flow of beautiful living space on the lake side of the house.
The pool is right in front of the house, but is rarely used by other people. A gorgeous private paradise! Nobody is closer. Walk barefoot to the pool or spa, with a coffee or drink, and be surrounded by water and spectacular views.
Enjoy sparkling refreshing water views directly from your patio, living room, kitchen and master bedroom directly on the lake! This is a 24 hour guard-gated community. Someone is always on duty at the gate and security people check around the complex regularly. Super safe.
The windows bring the gorgeous lake views right into the house, and the flow to the patio extends your beautiful living area outdoors. The pool and hot tub feel like your own private retreat as they are situated right out the over-sized lakefront patio on a pod of land that arches into the lake, just to the right and in front of the property. Truly unique and AMAZING!
You can use all of the community facilities, including the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, drop-in pickleball, gym, pitch and putt etc. at no charge. The house has two great patios, one on the east (lake) side and one on the west (mountain) side. So you can enjoy your morning coffee, a happy hour cocktail or two, with stunning views of the lake and the mountains. You'll love seeing the sun rise over the lake or set over the mountains. Its one (or two) of those peak experiences!
Bikes plus tennis and pickleball racquets are available for your use (in garage) as well as a newer PEDAL BOAT (see below).
In the midst of all of the waterways - the upper lake, the larger lower lake and a myriad of canals - is a lovely recreational area on a large central island, with a 3 hole pitch and putt, tennis courts (with a ball machine!!!), racquetball, a small gym and clubhouse. Some people walk or jog laps around the walkway. The Lake Mirage Racquet Club also offers lit tennis courts and there are numerous incredible golf courses in the area.
Enjoy beautiful walks, over picturesque bridges and past small waterfalls in the morning and evenings. And top it off with a latte, or a beer or glass of wine and BBQ on the lakefront patio, on beautiful and comfortable high end patio furniture, literally a few steps away from the lake, your own dock and the pool and hot tub. There is lots of wildlife to keep you entertained as well. You may often see the resident black swans, herons, ducks and other water fowl swimming by, as well as cute cotton tailed bunnies!
The kitchen is huge, clean and modern, and has been completely renovated, with new high end S/S appliances, tons of granite slab counter space, and a casual dining area opening onto the lakeside patio and BBQ area. The lovely formal dining room seats 8, has 14' ceilings and looks on to the atrium which has gorgeous views of plantings which are beautifully lit up at night, through plantation shutters .
The pool in front of the patio and the surrounding palm trees are also lit at night, creating a lovely ambiance to relax or entertain, with the moon and stars above and twinkling lights reflecting on the water from the opposite shores. There is also a 'fire table' on the patio for warmth on cool nights or ambiance when entertaining. There is nothing like the combination of the elements of the darkness of night combined with water, romantic lights, fire, the moon and stars, lit palm trees and fresh air!
There are enough beds for friends and relatives to visit (one Cal King and 3 Queens). All three bedrooms have their own attached full bathroom, with new glass shower enclosures, walk-in closet and new flooring throughout! The master bedroom has an incredible lake view, plantation shutters and walk-out patio, as well as spacious, bright master bath with new soaker tub, new floors and tile surrounds, new lights, new glass walled shower with small bench. And a walk-in closet with 2 practical dressers and lots of hanging space! Guest bedrooms are spacious with large new glass showers and their own shared enclosed patio at the front of the house, enjoying mountain views!
We also include a PEDAL BOAT FOR GOING OUT ONTO THE LAKE (pls provide your own lifejackets) but note that the small electric boat shown in the photo has been retired.
Centrally located, you can walk to Starbucks, Bristol Farms and Albertsons, and it's just a few minutes drive to the restaurant scene at the River, the College of the Rockies (top notch concerts and performances, golf school and range, and the weekly market), the Eisenhower Medical Centre and El Paseo Drive. Check it out on the satellite view map and you will understand how beautiful and amazing this location is. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

This home is ALSO IDEAL FOR SPRING/SUMMER/FALL RENTAL with A/C and two electric fans on the patio ceiling. The pool is right there, and shade and sun are both available both morning and afternoon!
