Welcome to our home in the heart of Midtown Raleigh -- only 2.8 miles away from the vibrant North Hills. Our thoughtfully designed home is not just a place to stay but a space where you can feel at ease while still close to key parts of the city. Whether you're exploring, conducting business, or seeking a quiet retreat, our home is your perfect accommodation.

The Space:
As you walk around to the back of the home, you will encounter the outdoor dining area along with your private enclosed deck with its seating area. The first door you see once you are around back will have the keypad for you to answer the given code. As you enter, you will see the kitchen, dining area, and living room, and as you continue you will see the laundry room, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for you to do any needed work.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the indoor spaces that are pictured as well as the lower deck and dining space in the backyard. The main backyard is closed off and off limits.

Getting Around:
You are welcome to park in front of the house where you can fit about two vehicles. The GPS should take you right to the location with the address provided and the home is easy to spot once you enter the cul-de-sac as it is the only white, two story house. To enter the house, do not go in the red front door, you will go through the backyard and into the first door you see, where the dining area is outside. If you arrive at night, there are motion sensor lights to illuminate your path so you can see where you are going.

Other Things to Note:
The unit is part of a two unit home, it is the basement of the home, however, there are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.

I will be available through message for anything you may need and will check in with you periodically to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible so you can enjoy your stay.

Apartment was clean, in a great location, and served me well for an almost 2 month stay. Apartment is a finished basement and was noisy when guests were in main house. Couch was very uncomfortable for a long stay but would be just fine for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and provided great nights sleep. I did purchase a few pots and pans as those in the apartment were rather old and not set up for a long stay where most meals were cook at home. The walk way from the side of the house down to the basement apartment was not very well lit

Neat Spot!

This spot was perfect location to the North Hills shoppi g and restaurant district. Quiet neighborhood. The only negative is that this is a beautifully modified basement, but you can hear all movements and some talking from upstairs, which in our case happened throughout the night, nor a party, just folks that must stay up late.
