Fabulous location and a beautiful rental property. Beds were so comfortable which is key for us! The amount of stairs are worth the climb to the third and fourth floors, and the charming roof top desk. Hosts responded quickly and take pride in their rental home.

The property was exactly as you saw online, I will state be prepared for alot of steps this is a 3rd and 4th floor apartment so you go from the garage straight up. However once you get there the views of the city and the accommodations are well worth it. I will state the one complaint from my guests were the bathrooms needed additional TLC as the cleaning company seemed rushed as the showers were not as clean as expected. However, that didn’t take away from the apartment just something that should be checked before arrival. Definitely would recommend staying here but just know, any elderly or disabled guests would need assistance.

My family and I had a wedding in the area and this was a perfect weekend spot to stay in. The place has so much space and great natural light. The rooftop patio is perfect and has a great view of the sky line at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place..very clean. Just a note: We are very able bodied, but I am glad I did not bring my mother. She could not have done the stairs well. Might want to mention this in the listing. Another family may have a stroller/ baby or older guest :)

It was an amazing process. Everything was simple and easy. The location was very good. Very close to downtown. I requested an early check-in and it was allowed. However, I didn't do another check-in. This event was due to visiting family for a Thanksgiving function and my family and I thought the place accommodated everybody there was enough towels. There was dish detergent. It was laundry detergent, everything that we needed. Just a great experience overall. I definitely will be requested to stay here again.

Easy booking and check-in process. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, blankets, trash bags, toilet paper … etc. The downstairs space was great for socializing, meals and morning coffee. Lots of space for a group of girls to get ready for a night out and we enjoyed the roof top sunset with charcuterie and wine. Highly recommend to those enjoying downtown Raleigh with a safe place to stay and great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at Raleigh Rooftop! Lauren and Scott were very accommodating hosts - responsive and flexible. The townhome was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It was overall very comfortable and a great home base. The location was close to many good restaurants and activities, and the neighborhood definitely has some rehab potential. The only thing to be aware of was the stairs… we definitely got in our steps! The rooftop patio was a fun bonus and we would have loved to utilize it not for the rain! There were many nice touches that stood out like the customized koozies, the to-go coffee cups, pet friendliness, and cozy blankets. We appreciate the opportunity for such a nice place to stay. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. There’s lots of space and the decor and layout are both fantastic. There’s remote controls for the ceiling fan/light combo in each room. As documented, there are lots of stairs so keep that in mind. The hosts are responsive and kind. I recommend this home for your stay in Raleigh, NC!
