We loved our stay here and for us the highlights were: 1. the room was lovely, comfortable, warm and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything looked and felt tired and worn out. The property was long overdue for a renovation. The bowling was not included in the stay. Breakfast was included but the coffee and atmosphere was empty. It was an anticlimactic ending to an amazing summer holiday in the South Island.

Really liked the 2 story apartment complex. Food was a little pricey but kitchen helped alleviate some of the costs. Car parking linked to apartment was weird and I think could be better arranged to make it more logical.

A big positive was allowing our dog to stay, however, that was the extent of it. No options to prepare dogs meals...you must be self sufficient and no access to restaurant with your dog. Fortunately restaurant across the road accepted dogs as did may others around Queenstown\Frankton.
