Unfortunately, this unit was absolutely not commensurate with the amount we paid for it. Many things inside the unit were in disrepair, basic amenities were not prepared accordingly for the length of our stay, and there were many disturbances outside the building (homeless people loitering, loud music and yelling late at night, etc.) We believe this listing is misrepresented and should be updated to more accurately reflect the realities of this unit.

Nice loft and good location. The only downside is that, unfortunately, there are some homeless people across the street, almost near the main entrance. Some are doing drugs, and they fight and yell a lot during the night. Not sure why they choose this particular spot, but other than that, everything is great.

Unfortunately I didn't actually stay at this property, I am sure it would have been nice. The owner of the property let me know an hour before that there were damages they needed to fix. They did send us to another one of their properties instead which was nice of them, but this new place even though it was in a nice location was not so nice inside. Also had some damages and was not well cleaned.

Great stay

I've spent 3 days at this Loft, everything went well.Great and easy communication with the property manager. Small detail, the elevator was broken and the loft was on the 4th floor, hope it will be fixed soon!Also it was a bit hot but there were ventilators to help with that.Well positioned in the city with lots of services near by (coffee shop, bakery, pharmacy, bus stops, etc)I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
