Room condition was so poor. Hairs and dusts everywhere. (Even on the door). It’s hard to open balcony door. Furnitures are old. I won’t choose here to stay in the future.

조용하고 편안하게 지내고 올수 있었습니다. 그런데 저희가 투숙한 방의 베란다에 배수 시설이 없고 위에서 물이 떨어져 베란다에 물이 고여 썩고 있었습니다. 미관 상이나 위생적으로도 문제가 있어 보입니다. 빠른 조치가 필요 할 것 같습니다.

지하 주차장이 너무 작아 눈이 내리는 겨울에 야외주차하고 이동하기 힘들고 주니어 스위트 룸을 이용했는데 다른 일반룸 대비 차별화된 서비스도 없고 수영장 이용 시 추가 요금을 지불해야 하고, 그 마저도 호텔 내 이용할 수 있는 액티비티가 키즈카페 외 없다보니 수영장 이용객이 너무 많고 수영장 시설은 돈을 받고 운영할 수준인가 싶을 정도로 없고 낙후되어 있네요. 체크인을 3시에 시작하여 프런트에 직원들은 바빠보이지 않았으나 대기하는 고객들은 많아, 대규모 인원의 숙박을 수용하기엔 체계적으로 많이 부족하다는 것을 느꼈네요.
