Ein Trullo zum entspannen und zum Genießen

An erster Stelle möchten wir die Freundlichkeit, vorbildliche und schnelle Kommunikation des Gastgebers erwähnen. Die Übernahme war sehr einfach und der Vermieter hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Das Haus mit dem angebauten Trullo war sehr sauber und liegt sehr schön am Stadtrand in einem ruhigen und verkehrsfreien Grundstück. Die Stadt ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Das Haus ist gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Bad war schick und modern. Die Küche ist sehr gut und ausreichend ausgerüstet. In der Küche befinden sich ein Geschirrspüler, ein Gefrierschrank und natürlich auch ein Kühlschrank. Ein schnelles und starkes Internet steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Außenanlage war groß und äußerst gepflegt. Zum Garten gehören eine Terrasse, ein großer Garten, ein Schwimmbad, eine Gartensitzgruppe unter einem Baldachin, Olivenbäume. Das Schwimmbad wird täglich mittels Poolroboter und zum Teil vom Vermieter gereinigt. Die Außenanlage lädt somit zur Entspannung ein. Wir waren sehr begeistert und haben uns stets wohl gefühlt und möchten das Haus zum Genießen und zur Entspannung in einer typisch italienischen Umgebung weiterempfehlen. Prima di tutto, vorremmo menzionare la cordialità, la comunicazione esemplare e veloce del padrone di casa. Il ritiro è stato molto semplice e il padrone di casa ci ha spiegato tutto molto bene. La casa con il trullo annesso era molto pulita e ben posizionata alla periferia del paese, in una zona tranquilla e senza traffic

Traumurlaub/-haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlenswert, sehr sauber, geräumig, sehr schöne Aussenanlage mit tollem Pool. Der Inhaber (Roky) ist ausgesprochen bemüht und freundlich, sehr schnelle Kommunikation per Whats App und bemerkenswerte Tipps für die lokale Gastronomie (TOP). Kleine Schönheitsfehler beziehen sich auf fehlende Auflagen für die Pool-Liegen, abgezählte Stückzahlen bei der Einrichtung und insgesamt etwas dünne Ausstattung, fehlende Standardutensilien bei Einzug (so etwas wie Salz, Pfeffer o.ä.) Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten immer den Eindruck, bei Roky gut aufgehoben zu sein.
