Very Good

I stayed at Paradise Island expecting a relaxing and well-managed experience, but it was the opposite. I checked in on Sunday, and not once was housekeeping done during my stay. The hairs on the shower drain from the day I arrived were still there at checkout. Staff showed little initiative in addressing concerns, and overall service felt inattentive and indifferent. For the price and reputation of this property, the lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

I like that is private, the beach is beautiful, but I didn’t like the limited food options, and that the bar close so early, if you go there in please be mindful that after 6:30pm there is nothing going on, unless is Saturday. The information/ communication needs to get better, if I’m coming to a new place I expect the employee that you see the most have basic information on what tours they offer, time, cost, or if you don’t want to talk, has brochures ready to handle to the new guest. Sell what you have , at every turn. The rooms needs maintenance a/c got condensed on the first day , if you dropped them under 26 it gets condensed and started leaking.
We had a fabulous 2 nights stay! The room was spacious, well decorated beachie vibe, spacious balcony, updated throughout. The beach club was awesome with gorgeous amenities and the beach is stunning. Drinks, especially the Margaritas was awesome!! Thxs to all the wonderful staff you made our stay memorable.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
This spot isn't bad for the price but I have a few complaints they can work in. There is no iron, and only one spot to place bottles and soaps in the shower i was only able to fit one soap and one bottle and had to place my razor shampoos and comb on the floor. The wifi is terrible and not to mention that the power goes out every night for a second. The tv doesn't work in any room you stay since i paid for three rooms this review is the same for all rooms. My king size bed only had one twin size blanket for my husband and I to share. It was very uncomfortable experience sleeping there. My family said they had neck pain because of the mattresses. The view is great and so is the beach front. Their amenities are also comparable to the locals that live there and give boat tours as well for less. I would give this place a 5/10
Very quite boutique hotel, I like that. And very convenient for aquatic activities and tours. It has room for improvement with the restaurant staff very friendly and courteous, but to keep up with the demand when they’re busy, needs to improve. Overall a very nice experience. Will go back.
I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had. The beach was absolutely stunning and felt like a private paradise. The staff were exceptional, providing outstanding customer service at every turn.
During my stay, I misplaced my wallet and was quite distressed. The staff immediately sprang into action, showing me videos of all the locations I had visited within the hotel. Thanks to their swift and diligent efforts, I was able to retrace my steps and find my wallet.
Their extraordinary customer service in helping me recover my wallet has made me a lifetime customer. To top it off, make sure you add the breakfast included option to really get a great deal. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful beach, wonderful staff, and top-notch service.
This property is very nice 😊 and near the beach. the staff was really good & I will come back!
They need to improve the breakfast choices. They only have two type of breakfast.
I enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive to anything you needed. The only downside I have is that the water pressure in the shower seemed to be on and off and not constant. Other than that I enjoyed every bit of it. The restaurant in the hotel was affordable and the food was amazing, please don’t miss the breakfast in the morning it was 10/10.
Absolutely beautiful small hotel. The most beautiful views you'll ever see and the cleanest water. Very private and quiet. The staff are excellent. The food in the restaurant is unbelievable. We will definitely go back again
If you looking for a nice and quiet place to relax this is a ferfect place to go to, loved the fact that its a bit secluded. Very friendly staff, specially yocairy nuñez. Stunning beaches, white sand and turquoise waters. If you looking for night life this is definitely not the place for it.

The property is right on the ocean and is a quiet property. The bar closed at 5 and then the room did not have wifi or hot water, two things that I feel like I am paying for when I book a property with those listed as amenities. The breakfast was ok but I would not return and feel I didn’t get what I paid for.
Cayo Arena, also known as Cayo Paraiso or Paradise Island, is a tiny sliver of a coral island and sandbar.
that's 1 of our reason for likening our stay gorgeous beach & warm clear water.
Did not like that the wifi did not work in our room upstairs
hopefully next stay it would be working up there.
