When I arrived I was given one key. The one key controls the entire room. It’s extremely hot in the room and when you leave you have to take the key. Also, the network to connect to Netflix and other apps were not working and they informed us it wasn’t working. Additionally, they gave us no wash clothes. The guy at the front desk was NOT helpful at all. He disappeared several times. We felt unsafe due to some health conditions. I’ve been requesting a refund and no one at the reservations department has answered Expedia. Be aware of this place!

The bathroom was the worst. Shower is not working, no shampoo or shower gel. The towels was broken and second day they took it but didn't take it. The safe is like a lego, you need to assembly your self but no batteries.

From desk comunicación was very bad They only give you a piece of paper to sign and fill it out. Some questions they don’t tell you nothing about the Wi-Fi. They don’t tell you. Nothing About The Breakfast. They don’t tell you anything about communication around. Also, the room is not the same as it shows on the picture. Also, the AC didn’t work three times. I reported it and they come out. We’re gonna check and nothing happened. The blanket of the bed. It was awful hair de dinner. La de David Before Was scanner crimping. Espagueti seafood was not the same. Not very friendly hotel, and they don’t help you with communication. They communication with our Customer is out of control. I will not recommend it.mu was 215 also no elevator

This hotel is my favorite in Punta Cana. It’s a hidden gem for the area. The staff is also nice and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a great place to stay in Punta Cana.
