From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, stayed in building 56. Amenities were great for a relaxing vacation. If there was anything that wasn't pleasant, was the lunch lady at the food truck. Everyone else was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely go back.

The room was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Rodny was our e-butler and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he did. Always taking care of our every need and coordinated our days for us so we only had to enjoy the beautiful weather. All the bar tenders were amazing as well. Especially Dennis.

Property was nice, not a fan of the adjoining street noise (loud music and shouting into the early morning). Would recommend a room on the west side of property to help reduce outside noise. The spa amenties were wonderful. Food was average.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be more impressed with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — everyone was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile and one of many reasons we will return. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional, with every detail handled professionally and thoughtfully. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. There was a great variety, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. Overall, TRS delivered an outstanding experience that truly made our trip special. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be very weary of the Palladium Travel Club staff, however. We indicated multiple times we were not interested in a sales pitch, but still somehow lost 3 hours to one. At a certain point I was so frustrated and annoyed I started crying, which did finally end our hostage situation. Would be nice to have those few hours back. But the resort staff themselves are lovely.

The highlight of our trip was our butler, Rodny. He went above and beyond every day to ensure we were treated like VIP guests. He was extremely kind and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure all our needs were met.
