From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, stayed in building 56. Amenities were great for a relaxing vacation. If there was anything that wasn't pleasant, was the lunch lady at the food truck. Everyone else was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely go back.

The room was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Rodny was our e-butler and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he did. Always taking care of our every need and coordinated our days for us so we only had to enjoy the beautiful weather. All the bar tenders were amazing as well. Especially Dennis.

Property was nice, not a fan of the adjoining street noise (loud music and shouting into the early morning). Would recommend a room on the west side of property to help reduce outside noise. The spa amenties were wonderful. Food was average.

I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

Great room, very clean and well-equipped. Our bed was very comfortable and the A/C kept our room nice and cool. All the staff was very friendly! The food was ok- not great, but good enough. Helios was our favorite place to eat. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is lovely and clean. Our butler, Ray, was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. He definitely gets 5 stars! We would recommend this resort to others looking for a great place to unwind and have some fun.

Nice pool, good food options, very nice staff. BUT I reserved a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. It took us 24 hours to air out the stale smoke smell. The mini bar was supposed to come with a choice bottle of alcohol. It took three days to receive it. One of the toilet buttons didn't work. The shower line was leaking. The refrigerator didn't work and was never replaced or fixed even after mentioning it to the staff. Many of the restaurants were closed. One of the pool areas was under construction. Overall the resort was nice and the butlers were amazing.

My wife and I were very happy to stay at TRS My room was alway spotless the facility excellent, we use some of their many restaurants and they were amazing and the variety of dishes in the buffets were great but the most that we love about TRS is their employees, very kind and ready to help you but there are a couple of people I’ll like to mention, our butler Norielis caraballo ( nori ) she was always there for reservations, food delivery even especial order, always reminded me of all the many activities we had, I don’t know if it’s customary to do it but the last night at the hotel she fix our room in a vey romantic way with flowers petal a bottle of champagne and fill up the jacuzzi with bubbles It was AMAZING, she made our trip unforgettable and the other person is our butler at the beach Emmanuel, he was there very attentive for everything we needed I’ll really go back in a near future.

We had a wonderful time. You can really experience a little bit of everything here. There was a pool right outside our room which was much more quiet & then the main pool is where all the action is. We split our time between both and if you can find Eline, a pool waitress, she is awesome! Rodny was our butler and was extremely helpful. Our group had a total of 8 people, all arriving on different days and he made sure to take care of everybody, together and individually. He checked in everyday sharing events happening on the property and helped with our dinner reservations every night. This was only our second time staying at a resort in DR. We are very grateful to Rodny & all the staff for their excellent services making us feel welcome & helping us through our trip!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Pool area was beautiful. Restaurants had nice options. Most of the food was very good. All the hotel workers were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would have liked more nightly entertainment such as shows. The singers were good but would have been nice to have more shows.

The pool was great. Drinks flowing. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. My butler, Randy was great. Responsive, helpful, and let us know via whatsapp all that is going on thru hotels. The room was cleaned daily The only con is the rooms are dated. They need to be updated. The room could of used drawers and more light. The shower was large and water flow excellent. I would recommend. Also night life could be better. More shows available. Wandy was wonderful. My boyfriends mobility isnt great and he made sure to always be around with golf cart for us. He made trip much easier. Also a shout out to Elvis, who found us in dark while we were looking for a golf cart back to our resort after dinner. Aris from transfer company met us to make sure we were good to get back to airport. Overall. Staff is really amazing. Friendly, responsive and extremely helpful and I look forward to returning.
