All around 5 stars except for the following: trash (and flies) from previous occupants still in garbage can and a glob of someone else’s toothpaste still in bathroom sink. No extra trash bags to take care of things ourselves. Our host explained he had a broken phone when we messaged him the first day. He was very friendly throughout and responsive the rest of our 4 day stay and very helpful with our luggage and a fresh towel request. Absolutely perfect location in Los Corales. Walking distance to a plethora of good restaurants, a small market, a larger market, and a pharmacia where I needed sinus spray to dive. Easy to pin for Uber and general transport but not necessary unless you are leaving as everything is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place despite the small issues which were SMALL for us but might mean more to those reviewing. The people of the DR are genuinely friendly and we felt very safe here.

Stanza Mare is in the best location in Punta Cana. It is a quiet, comfortable, clean property right on the beach. Other beachfront properties we walked by seem crowded and not nearly as nice. The property and condo are just as shown in the pictures in the listing. Having so many restaurants to easily walk to gave us a variety of places to eat. We definitely would return!
