We had a wonderful vacation, and the vast majority of it, was thanks to our Butler, Ernesto! He also, really went above and beyond to help my daughter's 21st birthday, special and memorable. Any reservations for dinner, recommendations for excursions, and anything in the welcome Diamond Package the hotel left out, he made sure we did receive. Ernesto had the best customer service experience one could offer. Very prompt with response and professional.
Going into the buffet, the female staff at the front desk would argue our clothes were wet, even though they weren't, they said I couldn't enter with a red halter top swim piece and a high waisted red skirt cover up. Although it's a beach look that's appropriate for a buffet AT THE BEACH.
The food itself was always the same IF, it was open and there was actually food in the trays and not empty. The Bella Cucina was the absolute worst, just don't go there. The Teppanyaki was the absolute best though!!! We actually went twice!! So fun and food was delicious!!
If it wasn't for Ernesto, I probably would've rated the overall experience lower. A lot of the staff were really rude and unhappy looking.
I would highly suggest stay at the sister resort on the same property, not Splash. Splash was so amazing for the water park though!! Our girls 13 and 11, and even us adults had so much fun!! No alcohol served in there, but it was definitely fun!!
Overall one and done, but again thanks to Ernesto, we had a wonderful time!!
