I went on a girls trip and the stay was wonderful. We worked with Kevin Paulino. He was fantastic! Responsive and he was able to make any dinner reservations we wanted easily. Very helpful. All of the staff at El Beso was wonderful. The hotel could use some small updates but overall was so great. Would 100% return! The best all inclusive I’ve ever been to.

We had a lovely week at Ocean El Faro - El Beso! Our time here was a breeze, thanks to the excellent service of our butler, José, who helped arrange every dinner reservation, solve any room issues, replenish necessities for our room (i.e. towels and water) and arrange transport to the lobby for our departure. The resort was beautiful, with modern decor and design all around. The pools and lazy river were both great and we spent the majority of our time there! The beach wasn’t the best, it was pretty, but there was a lot of seaweed on the shore, making it hard to enjoy the water. The food was decent, there were a lot of options at the buffets and different restaurants to choose from. Out of the restaurants, I would recommend Blue Moon and Margarita, as we enjoyed the food there the most! Overall, we got the relaxing vacation that we needed!

Kevin Paulino was our concierge which took care of us throughout the entire stay! He was very helpful and took care of all our needs with just a quick text! I loved that we got to see him around the property, Kevin checked on us throughout the day and even met us at dinner to be sure we were enjoying ourselves! It made this very personable. Thank you Kevin I also want to thank Leonela and Gilbert at the Pool swim up bar they were amazing they always made sure we were good and didn’t need anything! (Just a suggestion the adult pool should be open later) The only 2 disappointment were the beach and food, the beach was beautiful however there were piles of seaweed which caused an eye sore to the view or even getting in the water. Food- I wish there were more Culture food at dinner and even on the buffet. Thank you guys for helping make our trip even more memorable.. We will absolutely be back

The resort was phenomenal! When we got to the resort we were greeted immediately with drinks while we waited to check in and then brought to our rooms with our luggage! We had our butler José who made our reservations for dinner every night! And every restaurant was beyond amazing! We stayed in the rooftop on the el beso side and I would definitely recommend upgrading to privilege to make your experience better! The drinks at the bar were all amazing The pools were amazing! The beach had a lot of seaweed some days but other than that it was beautiful! The staff was super helpful with everything we needed to make our stay even better!

We had a fabulous stay at Ocean El Faro-El Beso ❤️ special shout out to our guest services specialist Yury she help make our stay such an amazing experience, as she took care of all request without hesitation. Yury booked all our al a carte restaurants, she was absolutely outstanding ❤️ Our least favourite restaurant was the steakhouse, while our favourite was the blue moon. Service at all restaurants was wonderful. Small details like replenishing coffee in the room daily lacked…as we enjoy our early morning coffee on the balcony, although you can request room service we like making coffee in our room❤️ but overall we would recommend this resort, as the food, service and amenities were excellent ❤️

The resort has an excellent structure and well-distributed spaces. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin Paulino, our Guest Specialist, a polite and extremely attentive young man who assisted us with everything we needed. I would like to make just two observations about the resort: - My daughter's room and my friend's room had a musty smell. - The showers intended for bathing after coming from the beach or the pool were not working. Finally, I would like to give a special thanks to the beach bar staff. They were all very attentive, helpful, and had an incredible sense of humor. All the shows were fantastic, making the experience truly unforgettable. Additionally, the restaurants were outstanding, deserving a perfect score of 10!

Expedia made this trip very stressful. We paid $6000 at time of booking. A week before the trip, we had to pay an additional $2000. We book all of our transportation at time of booking but still had to pay $80 when dropped off at the resort and an additional $80 when taken back to the airport. To get back to the airport, our butler had to get us a taxi because expedia had our transportation set up to pick us up at 2:25 pm for a 3:30 flight. Overall, the property was very nice other than the beach! Our Butler, Jose' Minguez, was super. He was there anytime we needed anything. Some of the staff at the resort was not very friendly. We were lied to about the presentation they wanted us to attend. When we refused to go through with it, one gentleman got extremely nasty to us.

Paid an additional $750 for a Rooftop Jr Suite. Jacuzzi didn’t work. I told staff on the first day, no response. Sent multiple messages on day 2, no response. Someone finally comes to repair it on day 3- but doesn’t fix it. It leaks all over the rooftop, doesn’t fill up, and only has one jet working that trickles down. Day 4 I ask if there’s any compensation that can be made, to which they offered a DISCOUNT at the spa- so more money to spend on my end. Day 5, my last night, they finally offer a room upgrade if I sign a waiver saying I won’t make a claim with Expedia.
