Nothing much. It wasn’t nice at all. We will never return. Couldn’t swim in the ocean as it was horrible with seaweed, stunk horribly. Food wasn’t good at all. I hardly ate whole there. Our room was dirty, a lot of cockroaches and we complained, food wasn’t close by and had to walk a long ways. Shower was dirty with past guests hair.

Not good . -All wait staff except for a few workers in the resort look like someone died. -Some room cleanings happen after 3 pm and if you come back to your room at 2 after the beach, it still wasn’t cleaned and you can’t take a nap and need to wait for a cleaning - unless you cancel the cleaning but new fresh towels come with the daily cleaning - you hear everything and everyone outside when inside your room , no insulation in walls , you hear people arguing in other rooms - I used sounds of rain on YouTube to block all out in order to sleep - Bathrooms everywhere don’t get enough maintenance and often can’t find a clean toilet - To get towels, you had to walk away from the beach to Huts and then return - terrible watered down drinks and even hard liqueur was bad quality Plus usually just one bartender and lines Overall, I would give it 3.5 stars

Excelente instalación con un diseño Colonial y acogedor, con areas verdes excelentemente atendidas. Lo mejor de este Hotel es el servicio profesional de sus trabajadores, son muy amables y te hacen sentir bien todo el tiempo. Mi agradecimiento al Mayordomo Jesús que nos atendió excelentemente y estuvo pendiente de nuestras peticiones. Mi unica recomendacion es mejorar el mobiliario de las habitaciones y remodelación de su baño. Mi calificación de 5 Estrellas para este excelente Hotel.

The staff were all great. From the entertainers to housekeeping to dining staff. The Internet access wasn’t the greatest but that honestly didn’t derail our trip any. Beds were comfortable. Food options were good. The only downside was that our room was pretty humid even with the AC at 64.4 Fahrenheit. However you’d be fine sleeping in shirt/tank and shorts.

This was our second time in Punta Cana but our first time at the Majestic Colonial. We enjoyed this resort so much from the easy check in, to the friendly staff, to the pool activities, to the food choices and the entertainment. Our family would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great stay with a friendly atmosphere.

We arrived Saturday afternoon, and let the staff know within an hour of our arrival that the AC was not working in our room. After multipl attempts, and demanding to speak to a manager, Monday evening the AC was finally looked at!! Our shower would not turn off, but they fixed that the first night so they wouldn’t have a huge water waste!! The staff just wrote down our complaints on sticky notes and nothing ever was done. Our brothers room had no privacy in the bathroom and they said they were “out” of curtains so their 17 year old son would leave the room when his mother would change. Food was 4.5/10 Pool and compounds were clean and staff was always around cleaning Entertainment was 4/10 very little excitement and activities during the day. Night shows were ok
