Property is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was mediocre. Our favorite was Leandro the bartender at the swim up bar on the club side. We did the Club Level and it was well worth it. We would definitely return.

The resort was really nice and offered a variety of free activities throughout the day, including theater performances, a disco, mixology classes, and more. Unfortunately, I came at a bad time of year since seaweed had taken over the beach, making it unpleasant to swim and giving off a fishy smell during the day due to the large amount of seaweed on the shore. My only complaint was that the jacuzzi in our suite seemed unused for a long time; when we tried to use it, buildup came out of the pipes, which was a big turn-off and made us not want to use it again.

I enjoyed my stay with my family. We had a great time, our butler is friendly and easy to communicate with, the resort is very clean with friendly staffs

The service at the restaurants on the beach was bad it take a little more than a hour to get the food. Tha soda every where you go imwas flat, the check in to long like a hour.

The staff was the best staff I’ve ever had at any resort Juan our butler was perfect always helping would go back there anytime

Good property lots to do some of the buildings could use a little maintenance (paint) but other than that everything was great!!! do not hesitate to go here
