A large group of us 20+ went to celebrate everyone’s birthdays. Could not have asked for a better week or better location. The resort exceeded our expectations! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and comfortable throughout your entire stay. The blind butcher and Hibachi were my two favorite restaurants. We stayed here for our honeymoon in June 2025. We had a first floor room with swim out and we did use the VIP upgrade (no butler). We LOVED it!! The Hyatt Zilara offered so many great options for lounging or activities in the grounds between Zilara, Ziva, and the beach. We did not leave the property for snorkeling or anything, but we still were able to have a great, exciting week! Berenice and Francisca at the VIP pool, and Juan at the Sports bar were amazing with their customer service!!! All of the restaurants were fantastic! If you do choose to dine at the Blind Butcher, be prepared to eat!! All portions labeled for 2, actually serve 3-4 easily, so just keep that in mind. All in all, we loved the experience! The property was safe, gorgeous, and easy to get to because the airport and transportation are so easy to navigate. We are looking forward to coming back!!
