Mediocre experience.

The property is very dated, swim up pool was nice and good very good, but just mediocre in terms of overall experience. Stayed in preferred and paid premium but no real premium service, all of the opposite actually. Didn't meet the concierge until we had a problem and asked for the resort manager. Was our tenth anniversary and very lackluster overall.

I loved this resort!! We let them clean the room and nothing came up missing unlike the riu lol. The food there was10/10. I love that we get access to breathless but even though dreams has kids on the resort is still was comfortable to go with all adults. The waterpark was super fun!!! The drinks were good!!! I would come back again. I went for my 25th birthday with 8 other people we had an amazing time didn’t want to leave. I got preferred club private pool room and it was worth it. Love that even the rooms that are not preferred still all had their own jacuzzi. The preferred club made check in way smoother and we had a lot of perks our own adults only swim up pool area.
