I had a truly wonderful experience at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa, and I just have to share! From the moment I arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming; they genuinely went out of their way to ensure my family's stay was as enjoyable as possible. Our room was not only beautifully decorated but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, which was greatly appreciated. My son had a blast at the water park and the pool – it was so heartwarming to see him having so much fun. I personally found great joy in the spa services, the delicious breakfast offerings, and the convenience of having coffee available around the clock. The location was just right, being only 35 minutes from the airport, which made our travel so much easier. I also appreciated how attentive the hotel staff were when I requested a crib for my 6-month-old. They brought it to our room promptly and without any fuss. My family and I truly cherished every moment of our stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return for another lovely experience!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property grounds were well kept and beautiful floral. The room was extremely clean and housekeeping came multiple time a day; Once to clean the room and once before bed to turn down the bedding.

I will never book through Expedia, or stay at a Dreams property. Expedia did not do the right thing in my siituation. Being charged an extra $850 USD at checkin without showing proof of what what my child’s age at the time of booking is horrible. Terrible customer service. I will use other websites for my travels. Be ware that Expedia will not have your back. Extremely disappointed

Dreams Flora far exceeded our expectations. We don't usually do all-inclusive resorts, but this one really worked out well. The food was very good, from the breakfast buffet to the other dining options, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was the friendliest resort staff that we have ever encountered. Very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for anything that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and actually are planning on it in the future.

Good but Not Great

We went the week after Christmas and before NYE. We had a better experience last year at the other Dreams Punta Cana resort. It was very crowded and a lot of the staff seemed tired and not super friendly compared with the other resort. The music by the pool was so loud, as was the nightlubentertainment that it felt like a spring break party. The weatehr was great anf the hotel was nice but not as up scale as we had hoped. We would not visit again.

This was an amazing property, and we had a great stay. The resort is the perfect size with everything being within a short 5 minute walk. The pools were very nice and large, and the beach was beautiful and well maintained. The staff here go above and beyond and ensured that we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody looking for a nice vacation.

The staffless absolutely amazing, the beach was great. The room was OK, a very uncomfortable bed and the food was very blend. I was really disappointed that they didn’t have any seafood to either purchase or that was available to us.

We really enjoyed our time at Dreams Flora Resort. Our family really enjoyed the service and friendly energy of all the staff, and the fun entertainment each evening. We would specifically like to mention our personal butler / mayordomo WILL GUZMAN, who went beyond his duties and made our stay extra special and hassle-free. Halfway through the stay we up-graded to a beachfront master suite, which was really worth the extra money. My kids enjoyed the water park, which we spent hours at having fun. Overall an excellent stay, and somewhere where I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended.
