The place is magical and the foods are good. The restaurants is Better than the buffet. Personal sometimes is friendly but there are many that are rude or don’t care about you when you need something. The kids club is amazing !

There needs to be repairs in the hotel rooms. There were a lot of leaks in the building, and plumbing issues. Other than that the staff was nice. It’s not a good look when you are in the dining hall and the ceiling is leaking above your food.

Extraordinary location and one of the best beaches I've been to in my life! 100% free of seaweed year-round, great food and great amenities. Food is very good, but restaurants work without reservations, so wait times are high at dinner. We stayed as a family and had an amazing time at Dreams Dominicus. Staff goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable, and they succeed greatly at it: Nicky from entertainment, Richard in the fitness center and Tony out in the beach were always available and accomodating. Special shootout to our Expedia concierge, Merihan: she's been on top of us through the entire stay making sure we had everything we needed. It was an unexpected perk, but her great work made me realize I wouldn't go to Dominicana through any other agency, so kudos to her!

**Simply extraordinary!** This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A very special mention to our butler, **Daniel**, who was absolutely incredible. He was always there when we needed something, kind, courteous, professional, and extremely attentive. Daniel truly made our stay even more special. We can’t thank him enough! The waiters were also extremely attentive throughout our stay. When it comes to dining, we highly recommend the **Italian** and **French** restaurants — both offered delicious meals and excellent service. There’s also an amazing **beachfront restaurant** available exclusively to Preferred Club guests, which we had access to — and it was one of our favorite experiences. The **drinks at the bars were top-shelf**, and the **rooms were very spacious and comfortable**. Everything was so well thought out. Honestly, we didn’t want to go back home because we had such a wonderful time. We’ll definitely return!

The property was lovely, they upgraded us to the two bedroom presidential suite (booked the one bed), beach was amazing, did have to play the towel game every morning. The best thing was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and willing to help. Our butler Ada was very attentive and ready to help with any request. On the Preferred beach night Edgar went above and beyond to make sure my daughter (who recently had a birthday) had the best time. The girls had treatments at the spa and came back feeling relaxed. I would definitely go back!
