Disliked: Cleanliness
The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in took a bit longer than expected while waiting for the host to arrive with the keys. A few fixtures in the house were broken, and the sheets and blankets were not clean upon arrival. I recommend that the host improve cleaning standards and ensure fresh linens are provided for guests. It would also help to send all necessary check-in instructions, including passport requirements, a few days in advance so guests can have a faster and smoother arrival.
