Overall ok, clean, food was good. Beach access perfect. But they couldn’t find our Travelocity payment. Charged me an extra $900 upon checkin, then 2 hours later got it figured out. They made a mistake !!! Wow surprise. Immediately spent 20-30 minutes trying to not take their unlimited attempts at a hard sell upgrade package with John.

Took hours to get out luggage, took hours to get our room, property up keep is average, no music at the pool by the beach at all and the other pool way to much and not relaxing, they did not ask us what drinks we want at dinner other then wine which was a first ever...... food was terrible...... events on page did not add up with actual events happening. The DJ at the pool during the day and the entertainment at night was a bit loud as you could hear the music very clearly in the rooms. Hallways tended to be loud/echo-y due to the tile floor, so you could hear people coming back to their rooms late at night.
