We got the XHale access through Expedia and really glad we did . It gave us access to easier checking and out, a separate bar near the room, a delicious uncrowded breakfast, and a separate pool. Jesus, our concierge, answered many questions for us and even solved a potential big issue for us. The resort felt new, clean, and not too crowded even though we were there on a holiday weekend. It’s well laid out.

The resort is beautiful! The pools were great and the beach was warm and gorgeous. We booked at the Xhale level, which was absolutely worth it and really enhanced our stay. There was plenty of entertainment and activities, and the crowd was mostly in their 30s to 50s, creating a grown fun vibe. We loved the variety of specialty restaurants, the buffet (and its late night snack availability!). We would have loved more Dominican-themed events to really feel like we were in the DR. But overall, a great choice for our group celebration and a memorable stay.

our swim out room was awesome. the check in and out process was easy and efficient. the bartenders at the pools are great! The waiters/waitresses at all restaurants on the property are great as well. Everything was fantastic! Cant wait to go again

The food was terrible. The drinks were watered down. The bed was uncomfortable. Every night someone woke us up. The front desk called our phone in the morning 3/5 nights we were there. Overall very disappointed.

Hot tub should get an extra scrub or clean before using it. But everything was clean, beautiful pools and fun young energy. Clubs are never great at resorts in my opinion so it was nothing great to me, but there are some popular clubs outside the resort. Over all super fun and relaxing for my s.o and I

Room was good however our concierge was not good. Never answered calls or text and claimed that restaurants were full where we wanted to eat however we had friends there that were able to book. More games or resort activities are needed because sitting at the pool everyday got boring.
