Stunning views with a lot of choices where to hang out. Staff super friendly, ready to help and knowledgeable. The food is amazing, desserts included. The variety of fresh fruits are great. Dariana was our server from the Spoon restaurant buffet and she is the best, super sweet and very good at what she does. We were impressed with the resort and will definitely go back there. 5 stars all around.

The entertainment was good however my husband caught food poisoning the last two days from the buffet and when I asked for more bottles of water to the room no one wanted to bring the water despite the emergency and dehydration he was going through. I had to walk to the lobby to demand water at 1am.

The property was amazing from the nice spacious rooms with private hot tubs on the balconies, to the beautiful pools, wonderful staff and great restaurants. I would highly recommend this resort. Special shout out to our Exhale club concierge Emilio who was always around checking on us and making us reservations, he added to the fun and ease of the vacation.

When we arrived the room wasn’t completely clean, the sheets and covers had staaind. The bathroom toilet wasn’t fully cleaned and the furniture in the room and bathroom was noticeably wormed. Two of the restaurants out of 7 were closed. You had to constantly get up and get your own beverages at the pool.
