Staff was friendly.. room is spacious and they granted our request for a king size bed. The pool was great and the restaurants were just a few minutes walk with a variety of food to choose from at the Bavaro Palace (Spanish, French, Japanese). The beach was just in front of our room with balcony facing the ocean. We liked that it was very quiet at night

The rooms were ok EXCEPT the bathroom. Tub/shower combo with only half a glass door. Floor tile had no grout and no sealant. Would ooze water out every time you stepped on it!
