This luxurious beachside villa offers family groups or other special interest groups stylish living in a picture-perfect coastal setting. Step out of your villa straight onto the beach where you can paddle, snorkel, swim or kayak in the glittering clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea. The villa overlooks a sheltered rocky cove with large stretches of sand to sprawl out and relax.
Newly refurbished, the property itself features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping for 12, making it ideal for those seeking a spacious retreat right beside the sea.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor, a bright living room offers a comfy chill-out space to relax after hitting the beach. Fold back the windows for all the sights and sounds of the sea and there’s a flat-screen TV/DVD for movie nights, while a log-burning fireplace keeps things feeling snug during cooler winter nights. In the rare cooler days there is a real fire to relax with.
A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up hearty group meals, while a large dining area with seating for twelve offers a relaxing spot for long and lazy Mediterranean lunches. You can of course lounge and dine outside on one of the three terraces. There is also a bbq.

The ground floor also has a shared bathroom off the spacious corridor, along with three separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and is ensuite with disabled bathroom facilities, the second bedroom comes with two twin beds, while the third bedroom doubles as a kids room and features a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV and x box.
A hot tub, bbq and shower await you as you step off the beach.

First Floor
On the first floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms - each with the added luxury of their own ensuite bathroom.
In the fourth bedroom, there’s a king size bed and flat-screen TV, while doors lead out to a sea facing large terrace. A fifth bedroom is furnished with two 2 twin beds, while the sixth bedroom features another king bed along with a very large bathroom and offers access to a private balcony.

Outdoor Area
There’s plenty of outdoor space to unwind, dine, and socialise in the villa's secluded and private grounds. From the dining and living area, step out to a sun-drenched terrace with a garden table. In the mornings, it’s a fabulous spot to sip coffee and tuck into leisurely breakfasts.

On the first floor, you can relax on a large terrace and uninterrupted sea views. And on the third floor, another terrace the size of the house has recliners and seating - it's a great place for sunbathing with shady spots available too in privacy.
The villa also has its own jacuzzi, so you can enjoy a cold or hot dip after sunbathing and in the evening. Spend the day at the beach, ideal for young children with the extremely shallow and calm lagoons and only a short stroll back to the villa for a drink and freshen up in your outdoor shower.

In the evenings, gather outdoors for drinks and alfresco dining. Dig into plates of olives, sun-dried tomatoes and freshly grilled seafood. Later, uncork a bottle of wine, sit beneath the stars, and relax with the sound of crashing waves as your evening soundtrack.
