The building was very rustic that we loved. However the towels were very thin, the mattresses one sided on the single beds. The cleaning staff were very good and kind. The A/C was dripping water but was fixed the following day.

CafĂ© da manhĂŁ percorria atĂ© as 9:30h , chegamos para comer Ă s 8:45h e havia apenas algumas fatias de pĂŁo disponĂ­veis. A funcionĂĄria ofereceu uns ovos mexidos a minha esposa ( estavam + ou - ) Perguntei sobre queijo e presunto, porĂ©m a mesma informou que nĂŁo tinha mais, ou que naquele dia, nĂŁo iriam servir. (Algo assim, falou rĂĄpido demais e em espanhol) Em resumo, na parte do cafĂ© foi frustrante.. tive que procurar uma padaria na cidade para me alimentar. A recepção do sr JĂșlio foi OK , limpeza do quarto mĂ©dia - , tinha barata morta no banheiro. NĂŁo disponibilizaram toalhas, sabonetes de baixĂ­ssima qualidade. Uma pena, tinha uma expectativa maior nessa hospedagem.

Un señor mayor nos recibiĂł cuando llegamos. Nos dijo que todo estaba cerrado y nos dio el nombre del restaurante del hospedaje a 5 cuadras del alojamiento alegando que no habĂ­a otra cosa y que todo estaba cerrado. Como ni agua ofrece el lugar nos estresamos a ir al Ășnico lugar abierto para comprar agua y algunos snacks para los niños para encontrar que TODO el centro estaba abierto y habĂ­a un montĂłn de negocios abiertos 24 horas! Nos habĂ­a dicho ademĂĄs que para pagar era mejor pagar con nuestra tarjeta y nos cobrarĂ­a 15%mas ya que el banco nos cobrarĂ­a el doble por sacar dinero. Falso nuevamente. Al preguntar si podĂ­amos cambiar de habitaciĂłn ya que era la Ășltima habitaciĂłn sin panorama nos dijo que todo el hotel estba lleno cuando la realidad era que sĂłlo 4 habitaciones estaban ocupadas. No nos tratĂł bien, sentado mirando su telĂ©fono sin ganas de trabajar. DespuĂ©s al dĂ­a siguiente pedĂ­ un rollo de papel higiĂ©nico y una toalla ya que habĂ­an olvidado una y nos dijo que las toallas habĂ­an acabado! Yo cuestione diciendo que me parecia muy extraño que un hotel no tuviera toallas y ahĂ­ se levantĂł dos metros y sacĂł una toalla y un papel y me entregĂł de malas ganas. Luego le pillamos mandando un mensaje quejĂĄndose a alguien por huĂ©spedes que le trataron como sirvientes al pedir un papel y toallas, cosa que no es raro para un hotel y ademĂĄs lo tratamos con mucho respeto. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec 3 lits au rez de chaussĂ©e et un double lit Ă  l'Ă©tage ainsi qu'une terrasse.Le personnel est sympathique surtout celui qui s'occupe du petit dĂ©jeuner. Ce dernier est correct. Mais malheureusement l'Ă©tablissement qui devait sans doute ĂȘtre charmant Ă  l'origine(bois exotique,plantes luxuriantes)est dĂ©gradĂ©,le matelas n'est pas confortable,la lampe de chevet fonctionnait Ă  peine,la douche est trĂšs sommaire. L'hĂŽtel est un peu loin du centre si on est Ă  pied. Le prix de la chambre est donc peu Ă©levĂ©. Nous ne sommes pas restĂ©s longtemps. L'expĂ©rience est moyenne.
