Fantastic 40 m2 studio, recently renovated and located on the 5th floor of one of the most central buildings in Puerto de la Cruz. It has a balcony and a small outdoor dining room where you can eat or have a drink enjoying our wonderful climate and the views of the sea and its wonderful sunsets.

This cosy accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people (2 single beds and sofa-bed), who will enjoy all the comforts of a holiday home, including washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a full bathroom with shower and 42" Smart TV.

An added value of this accommodation is the communal swimming pool on the rooftop of the building and the solarium area with sun loungers, from which you can enjoy the sun and the incredible views towards the Teide volcano. Access to the swimming pool is via a short flight of stairs.

Anchoice to stay in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, within walking distance of everything you need for a perfect stay.

The building has a 24-hour reception. Some of the common areas of the building have surveillance cameras. After a certain time of the night, you have to ring the bell to enter the building.
