No busques más, nuestra joya escondida, villa Dubrava tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones libres de estrés. Esta propiedad de nueva construcción pero tradicional está situada en la isla de Brač, entre los pequeños lugares Postira y Pučišća y tiene capacidad para 7 personas en total. La villa está rodeada de hermosos olivares y la vista de la naturaleza virgen de la isla de Brač es extraordinaria.
Esta encantadora villa es la mejor opción para unas vacaciones tranquilas y de ensueño con sus hijos y familiares con todo lo que pueda necesitar para disfrutar y relajarse. El área al aire libre presenta una hermosa mesa de piedra tradicional debajo de los tres que proporciona sombra natural en los gusanos días de verano. El área exterior también cuenta con una parrilla de piedra para que pueda cenar bajo el cielo abierto o simplemente tomar el sol en las tumbonas junto a la piscina.
La cocina y el comedor están totalmente equipados y amueblados con gusto con colores acogedores y acogedores. La planta baja de planta abierta está equipada con TV y 1 unidades de aire acondicionado. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay with our family of six. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the views and peace on the mountain. The grill is huge and it was fun to have a grill night. The cottage is cozy and clean. The place is really very special and it enhanced our overall stay on Brac. The host was so welcoming and left us some treats. We like to be more remote, so this place was a dream.

Lovely secluded villa on beautiful Brac.

We stayed at Villa Dubrava on Brac, near the lovely town of Pusisca. The villa was gorgeous - clean, well-equipped, private and with a clean, cooling pool. The Orvas team we dealt with (Mirela and Melanie) were both helpful and responsive. Pusisca is a lovely town within a small bay and easily accessible by car from the villa. Brac Island as a whole is lovely too.

Major-league holiday!

Really beautiful cottage out in the olive groves, location is great only a 10 min drive to a nice town with everything you’d need. Pool is lovely and bigger than you expect, the whole place was really clean and the bottle of wine and honey left for us was lovely. The only reason for 4 stars was just that it needs a few finishing touches to make it 5 stars, the front door was damaged and handle coming off and had to try and organise keys for it which took a while. The outside space had broken fairy lights and no batteries in the table light, some candles or more lights would be great and the clothes dryer was broken - just small things and easy to fix to make this a 5 star stay.

A gorgeous relaxing time!

It was one of the nicest vacation we had here. Really noteworthy is the special secluded location in a wonderful environment. And though central to reach everything you need. About the object: The property itself is very large and expansive and perfect for idyllic respite from everyday life. Spread over two levels, there is a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Both levels are connected by an external staircase. If you have any requests, they will be answered quickly and in a friendly manner by at least two contact persons – Melani and the facility manager Mirela. The terrace is right in front of the house along with the really nice pool area. Depending on your needs, there is enough selection for a sunny or shady place. The charcoal fireplace grill invites you to an evening BBQ. To the location and shopping: In the nearest village Pucisca there are plenty of opportunities to do a quick shopping (groceries) – small village shops, as they can be found in almost every village on the island. However, the prices in these shops are extremely high. The big shopping, we recommend, you should do in Supetar (about 30min drive). Here we recommend Konzum or Lidl. The Lidl cannot be compared with the German side Lidl, precisely because of the wide variety of local fruit, vegetables and meat products – nothing less than delicious!! All in all: A very big thank you to the landlord, Melanie and the handyman (unfortunately we forgot his name)!! We had a really relaxing break, which will definitely be repeated.

Naš boravak u villi Dubrava možemo preporučiti svakome. Objekt je fenomenalan, čist, uredan i besprijekoran. Gospođa Melani kao domaćica odlična, susretljiva. Great stay!

Nous avons passés un paisible séjour à la Villa Pučišća. La maison est située à proximité de plusieurs villes. Ne soyez pas surpris par les routes, sur cette île il y a beaucoup de virages mais la route est agréable et très belle possédant de nombreuses criques à coter de la villa. Une maison de charme, isolée de tout bruit. Calme et sérénité ce que l’on rechercher ! La maison donne sur plusieurs angles de vues de la mer, elle est entourée d’Olivier et possède un charme fou. Elle possède toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires, équipements et bien plus… Tonci est réactif et Melani est une co hôte très accueillante et a été disponible pendant tout notre séjour. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in einer sehr ruhigen ( man hört nichts außer GrillenSchafe ) und friedlichen Umgebung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Bis zum nächsten Ort sind es knapp 10min mit dem Auto , dort findet man alles was man braucht. Jeden zweiten Tag kommt der Hausmeister früh morgens und macht den Pool sauber, ein kleines Heinzelmännchen Unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett übertroffen. Wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub ohne Menschen sucht, ist man in der Villa Dubrava genau richtig.

Nach dem herzlichem Empfang von Melanie haben wir zunächst das tolle Haus, den wunderbaren Pool und die unglaubliche Aussicht genossen. Später haben wir die Buchten und Orte auf Brac besucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Trotzdem kann man von hier aus alles relativ schnell erreichen. Der Ort Pučišća ist nur wenige Minute entfernt und ist eine Reise wert. Postitiv: -Tolles Haus mit 2 Eichen die angenehmen Schatten spenden. -Toller Pool - Tolle Aussicht - Tolle Lage - Sehr ruhig - Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympatisch und hilft sofort weiter Negativ: - Der Urlaub ging zu schnell vorbei

Great stay!

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Gastgeberin Melanie ist eine gute Seele, die uns quasi jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen hat. Die bezaubernde Villa Dubrava ist etwas außerhalb von Pucisca in einem Olivenhain gelegen und man ist hier ganz für sich. Wir waren zu Viert und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Küche, Bäder, Schlafzimmer etc. waren allesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber und auch der Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen. Pucisca selbst ist ein malerisches Örtchen mit einem kleinen Hafen und netten Cafés, Restaurants etc. Kleine Buchten laden zum Schwimmen/Schnorcheln ein. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Eine besonders erholsame Zeit!

Uns wurde in dieser Unterkunft eine der besten Erholungen geschenkt. Wirklich hervorzuheben ist die besondere abgeschiedene Lage in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Und dennoch zentral, um alles nötige gut zu erreichen. Das Anwesen selbst ist sehr groß und weitläufig und perfekt für die idyllische Erholung vom Alltag. Auf zwei Ebenen verteilt befinden sich im Erdgeschoss Wohn-/Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Badezimmer und im zweiten Geschoss 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Beide Ebenen sind über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden. Sollten Fragen offen sein, werden diese schnell und freundlich von mindestens zwei Ansprechpartnern beantwortet. Die Terrasse liegt direkt vor dem Haus zusammen mit dem wirklichen schönen Pool Bereich. Je nach Bedarf ist für ein sonnigen oder schattigen Platz genügend Auswahl. Der Holzkohle Kamingrill lädt zum abendlichen BBQ ein – so zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt. Alles in Allem: Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, Melanie und den Haustechniker (leider haben wir seinen Namen vergessen)!! Wir hatten eine wirklich erholsame Auszeit, welche auf jeden Fall Wiederholung findet. Liebe Grüße Familie Crum

Und dennoch zentral, um alles nötige gut zu erreichen. Das Anwesen selbst ist sehr groß und weitläufig und perfekt für die idyllische Erholung vom Alltag. Auf zwei Ebenen verteilt befinden sich im Erdgeschoss Wohn-/Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Badezimmer und im zweiten Geschoss 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Beide Ebenen sind über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden. Sollten Fragen offen sein, werden diese schnell und freundlich von mindestens zwei Ansprechpartnern beantwortet. Die Terrasse liegt direkt vor dem Haus zusammen mit dem wirklichen schönen Pool Bereich. Je nach Bedarf ist für ein sonnigen oder schattigen Platz genügend Auswahl. Der Holzkohle Kamingrill lädt zum abendlichen BBQ ein – so zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt. Alles in Allem: Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, Melanie und den Haustechniker (leider haben wir seinen Namen vergessen)!! Wir hatten eine wirklich erholsame Auszeit, welche auf jeden Fall Wiederholung findet. Liebe Grüße Familie Crum

An absolutely wonderful place!!

The villa is beautiful and very quietly located on a mountain in the middle of olive groves. You can let your mind wander around here. The villa is great and has everything you need. The nearest place to Pučisča is only 8 minutes by car, a really nice place! Another dear thank you to our host Melanie for the warm hospitality. This property is now one of our favorite places... we will be back! There was nothing we did not like.

Besonders gut hat uns die herzliche und aufmerksame Betreuung vor Ort, von Melanie, gefallen. Sie war jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar, gab uns tolle Tips, organisierte Fahrradverleih, gab uns "Geheimtips" für besonders gute Speiselokale. Unsere Erwartungen bezüglich der absoluten Stille( Anfang Mai) auf dem Olivenberg mit traumhaftem Blick über die weite Landschaft, wurden mehr als erfüllt. Trotzdem ist das schönste Städtchen der Insel Pucisca nicht weit entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit gängigen Haushaltsgeräten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und super sauber. Der Hausmeister kümmert sich jeden 2. Tag in aller Frühe mucksmäuschenstill um den Müll und die Sauberkeit rund ums Haus.
