Home for the week in Ptown

We had such a wonderful stay at Amy and Julie's Happy Ours! It truly felt like a home for the three of us and a small puppy. Everything was well thought-out and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lovely space!

Our family of 2 adults, 2 teen/tweens, and 1 dog had a wonderful stay here! The owners provided thoughtful touches and ample information about the unit, and responded super quickly to our query about check-in. We appreciated the two comfortable bedrooms, as many places we’ve rented in Ptown in the past have only had one actual bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The pool is a great bonus, and the upstairs neighbors are very friendly. The unit is perfectly situated for strolling Commercial or Bradford. Thanks!

Great stay in Ptown

This was a great VRBO for my family (4 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog). The place super close to downtown and the main streets, and was very clean and a well laid out home. Ptown is very dog friendly, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay as a couple or as a family. Would stay there again. Amy was a great and very response host.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location

This is a gorgeous, well-appointed, perfectly situated condo, expertly managed by one of the friendliest, most responsive VRBO hosts you will ever find. You can’t beat this spot for placement. It is literally steps from the public beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo is new, bright, beautifully furnished and decorated, with 2 ample sized bedrooms and a bath, and a full, U-shaped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Everything is just as presented online, if not even better, really. The place was certainly bigger than I expected. I think the way it’s so efficiently laid out just makes the property seem more spacious. Plunge pool (which we did not use) and small picket-fenced patio with Adirondack chairs (which we did use, daily) are a bonus. We brought our mini schnauzer with us so we were delighted to have a little space where she could enjoy being outside, and we humans enjoyed joining her, reading in the Adirondacks while she watched the world go by down Atlantic Street. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs. It does not get better than this. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Comfortable home in the perfect location just steps from commercial and boat slip. The home was clean and the neighbors were friendly. The pool was a great way to cool after a long day walking town or recouping from the sun on the beach. The front porch was a super fun way to enjoy the morning and people watch. Fortunately, the weather was perfect except for one day. There were 2 umbrellas for our use. My only constructive criticism was that the amenities were simplistic. There we no toiletries other than hand soap. Additionally, there was only 1/2 roll of TP in the home for 4 people for a week. We did make a call and email to the cleaning crew with no response. Again, these are minor inconveniences that a quick trip to the store fixed. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Layout with Location

This was an awesome find for us during our Holly Folly visit. Very clean 2 bedroom…1 large bathroom….layout is great. Washer/dryer big plus. The location is right by Boat Slip so u are right by the action of Ptown!!! Thank you for the great find. Hope to stay again some day!! Michael R

Location, location, location

This was a perfect homebase for four of us for a weeklong stay (2 couples). We booked because it had a pool (rare in Ptown), but didn’t use it once all week because we didn’t have any down time — so much to see and do in ptown. Clean, easy check in process. Would stay again!

The perfect vacation spot!

Beautiful home, perfect location and super, super clean!! My husband, best friend, almost 3 year old son were so beyond happy during our stay at Happy Ours. Amy & Julie have thought of everything, were so great at communicating and put together the most thorough handbook via Google Docs for your stay! The pool was beyond perfect for our little guy and made our stay so much easier. The location is minutes away from everything, but still quiet (which is great if you have a toddler like me!) Beds were super comfy, too, and the bathroom is a great size and so clean! Thank you Amy & Julie for sharing your beautiful home with us, we will definitely be returning!

Great vacation!

My partner and our dog had a wonderful stay at Happy Ours! The location to Commercial Street couldn’t be any better. Short walk to shopping and restaurants and then back to a quiet street at the end of the night. The condo was bright and cheerful and we were very comfortable. Amy was responsive and very organized in all details of the home. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Beautiful home in a wonderful location!

We had a wonderful stay at "Happy Ours," the home is lovely, well appointed, has a POOL (a huge hit with our kiddos!), we were able to bring our dog (a rarity, and saves so many logistical hassles for us on vacations), and it was just a short walk to all the action on Commercial Street. We felt very spoiled being able to stay here for a full 2 weeks, and hope to be able to come again. Amy was responsive, super helpful and kind (even when needing to remind us about the no-dogs-by-the-pool rule, which we accidentally whiffed on! Read the full house rules so you don't make mistakes like we did … the neighbors are really great, it was important to us to be good neighbors as well). Terrific stay!

This condo was perfect. We were here for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full dinner. The bed was comfortable and we could bring Gronk, our Boston Terrier! The location was amazing. The owners were responsive to any questions we had -We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, great hosts!

We were two couples visiting Ptown for our first Spooky Bear and this location could not be beat. Super convenient to all the great food, shopping and events in town. And still a quiet place to lay your head after the day is done. Highly recommend!

Great Home Close to it All

Staying at "Happy Ours on Atlantic" was a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. It is in the perfect location with easy access to everything you could possibly want to do whether that be shopping on Commercial Street or exploring the beaches and bike paths in the National Seashore. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. I would without hesitation stay here again!
