A spacious unit with a great view of the bay from the front window. It is 418 square feet and has a queen size bed and a futon. The entrance is separate from the rest of the house so it feels very private. There is a little deck with an outdoor seating area with table and chairs. Although the outdoor seating area does not face the water it is a great place for morning coffee or for evening cocktails while watching one of our fabulous sunsets. There is a a/c unit that keeps the condo comfortable. It has a fully functioning kitchen and a good size bathroom. Skylights added in 2021 provide wonderful light to the unit.
Regarding Parking:
We have a spot for loading & unloading bags, etc, but there are no spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St where there are lots of spots. Parking is not metered. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away, but the house is across from the beach, and steps from a grocery store, not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops & restaurants, bars, etc so most people don't need to use their car much. There are also numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long term parking.
