The room was fine, the bathroom amazing. I was not happy the breakfast was upstairs on a landing, not really a place to hang out. The gay bar in the basement is really noisy when open...weekends.

Nice stay

Nice room nice view. You are booking a room over a restaurant and bar which I knew when reserved however was unaware of end of season party this past Sunday night with the music blasting for the boys. The Roku TV service also did not work correctly asking me for a pin number everyone I wanted to watch TV so that needs to be addressed. This was a place for the boys to stay otherwise very nice, no complaints.

Fantastic location right in the heart of town. Very much appreciated the parking offered as well. Comfortable room, reasonably priced for the season. Would recommend.

Unacceptable

The noise from the bar downstairs on Sunday night was so unbearable that we had to find another place to stay. Having a bar downstairs late at night is totally unacceptable for anyone to stay there. We had to leave Enzo at 11 pm and drive an hour to stay at another hotel. It also was unacceptable that there was no one available for us to even ask about the noise. In addition, the two small chairs were disgusting and not clean.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of everything! Clean and nice and I found it very quiet despite what some reviews said. Simple room but had everything we needed. They even left out delicious fresh muffins for breakfast!

Nice Guest House in PTown

We arrived in the early afternoon and this place had self check-in There was and envelope in the post box with our room on it. The room was located at the front to the house over the dinning patio of the Local 186 restaraunt at the bottom of the house. Our bathroom was spacious, but the room itself was a bit small. The location was great (centrally located). The only downside was that the blinds had missing slats and did not blockout the sun; the room was brite as the sun came up and since the place was located on the main street, all the noise from the traffic and people was very prevelent (they did provide ear plugs)

Heart of Ptown.

Great location, in the heart of Ptown, so not the best location for peace and quiet (they provide earplugs in the bathroom), but convenient for night life. If you have the window open you’ll hear the nightlife, if you don’t, the AC/mini split is louder. There’s a fridge and coffee maker in the rooms, and when we were there, we found fruit and muffins or Danish put out in the common hallway each morning. There is no real common area, other than the restaurant downstairs. The bed was comfortable, but fitted sheets didn’t quite fit.

Loved the ENZO! Location is perfect and so convenient, right in the middle of downtown Ptown. Nice ample parking for all guest rooms right behind the building. The rooms are very nice, very comfortable, modern and very clean. Nice little continental breakfast right outside the room door each morning. Nice having the restaurant and bar downstairs, the food was excellent. Will DEFINITELY be back and stay here!!! Thank you.

This property is not managed well. The manager was available by text. The window AC did not help with the moisture in the room, which had no other air movement, so the sheets were always damp. The bathroom smelled like a public toilet. The shower door would not close. The shower temperature could not be adjusted. The towels were "white" originally, but were all grayish and stained in unpleasant ways. There is a "bar" on the lower floor that plays music until 1 am on some nights. "Breakfast" foods were put out at night. Muffins stayed on the table throughout the entire day, likely for days. Rotting bananas stayed out, also for days. If all of that is okay with you, this place is for you.
