Gem on the Caribbean

We traveled as a couple with our young daughter. West Bay Club is perfect for a family get away, and the Kid's Club option provides a wonderful opportunity for both the children to make friends their own age while allowing the parents to adult for a while. The pool was perfect for the entire family, and the temperature was immaculate. There were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach to not feel crowded which provided ample opportunity for the peace and serenity of being away. We definitely recommend this location, and will strongly consider a return visit.

I don’t know where to begin, so I will just start with the hotel staff. Simple put, they were amazing. I believe a big part of enjoying a vacation is the people who work at the property. From the moment we checked in, until the day of our departure, the entire staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and warm. They took the time to insure we were having the best time possible. We got to know some of them quite well, and are going to truly miss them. Special mention goes out to Jadein- he was absolutely charming! We miss you, Jadien! You are the heart and sole of the WBC. Also, thank you to Petrona, Abigail, Giovanne, and Roshana. The WBC is a charming, quiet oasis on an enchanted section of Grace Bay. You won’t be disappointed. Si and Michael
