Although the lady at the front desk was very helpful, I would not recommend this hotel. There are bars on the windows, the TV didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. Luckily we were only sleeping there 1 night. I would have left and found another place to stay.

1. Close to the airport. 2. Skilled and capable reception staff. But, identifying the shuttle bus was a challenge, has to wait for about 3 hours. The driver did not know the SureStay by Best Western name. do not offer breakfast included service.

The free roundtrip transport to beach was horrible. the driver left us in the area of beach but said we had to find it. then he cut the pick up time by an hour just to have us waiting for an hour at the area where he left us and it got dark. he said he had iver slept. told him we will speak to his boss and his boss was MIA for the rest of our trip. The staff didnt know about anything surrounding hotel or anything else. They work therebone would think they would hear or know ofplaces to go for the tourists. Food choices was limited and all was expensive. NY prices.I will return to the island but not to that hotel.

Staff was very helpful. If you don't have any car rented , hotel provide a free shutter service to Grace bay beach (ask at the reception). I took the service with my family the first day and it was good. Shutter service is also available at the hotel to the airport. Area around the property is poor. Property is located on the old airport road which looks abandoned. However, it is walking distance from Smart supermarket.

Good hotel for a quick stay. It is expensive to get a taxi and everything you want to do requires a taxi. Beds were comfortable. Dinner was delicious. Staff was mostly helpful but didn’t seem overly eager.

absolutely terrible place to stay at unfriendly service not clean. The bed feels like it is from the 1940s as well as the pillows. I ended up cutting myself in six places on the rosebush trees that they have right the bleeding and I let someone know and they said all that’s too bad goes on highly recommended. You don’t go to this country unless you have unlimited pockets and your expectations are very low but if you do go to this country, do not stay at this place. It is terrible.

Booked a queen room with a balcony and pool view. Was given a windowless room in a corridor. Was charged an additional $100 for incidentials and was told that it would take at least a week to have that deposit returned, this is a one night stay. The hotel shuttle to the airport is $5/person and seems to only operate at certain times. I messaged about the differing room type over what was booked and did not receive a response. Only okay, not great, if you need an inexpensive option close to the airport.
