Sea La Vie - Beachside 1 Bedroom Unit #5

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this spacious 650 sqft private suite, with a livingroom plus kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and private patio, is located on the ground floor, roughly 30 yards from the pool, no pool view. it can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed.

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

Majid was the best host we have ever had! His response time was so fast that it was almost in seconds, and his recommendations were all a 10! The apartment was perfect for us, and everything was very clean and very convenient for us. The kitchen was also great for breakfast each morning. We loved walking to the beach at sunset for a warm swim, and the pool provided a nice oasis midday. We thought everything was perfect!

Majid was the most amazing host you could ever ask for! He was easy to communicate with and very kind. We had a TV go out on Christmas Eve and he went out and got us a new one that day!! It was pretty amazing and definitely not expected. But we did appreciate it being it was Christmas Eve and we were planning on watching Christmas movies that night! Everything else was very wonderful, the location is in a quiet neighborhood and about eight minutes from all of the action over on Grace Bay. The description of the properties is spot on. This was our second time to TNC so we sort of knew the lay of the land. You definitely need a car to get to the different beaches when you’re staying in this area, but we wanted to explore and go to the grocery store quite a bit anyway.The only thing I would’ve done personally for myself at this location was bring maybe an extra cozy, warmer blanket, I did love the beach chairs you could use and we definitely utilize those each day! Same with beach towels! Sitting out on the deck for coffee with nice, although there’s plenty of bugs so make sure you do bring bug spray.One more thing just to mention is there’s one washer and one dryer for the entire facility so I just sort of planned for that for our entire trip and it worked out just fine for me because I do know that the units were all full! All in all wonderful stay thank you so much for being such a great host, our trip was amazing and we actually got to relax and have a good time.

Great property in Long Bay, right on the ocean front road that leads to beaches.. you’re located on Villa Rd, as everything around you is quite the property. As for Sea La Vie, gated property which is very nice. The room, apartment - super comfortable and practical. Nice kitchen area, comfy couches in the living area, bed was great.. shower nice and modern look and feel. Super quiet on property. Didn’t use laundry or pool, but didn’t both facilities and they are both great perks to the property. Value for this in the world of pricey Turks properties, this spot is a no brainer. Location is stellar for Long Bay beach and water sports, about 6-7 min drive to heart of Grace Bay hotels and restaurants. Car is 100% advised. But enjoy and explore, Sea La Vie goes a long way for your money.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very nice, clean and updated. It was very quiet while there, which I like. Only about a 5 or 6 minute drive to the grocery store. The beach access was just a little walk across the street. I will definitely syay here again when i come back

Great place to stay!

We found this property to meet and exceed our expectations. I would recommend this villa as a great getaway place on the island. It was a comfortable,clean, safe and private location. We ate in a lot and had almost all of the kitchen tools needed. Comfy sofas and dining room chairs. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. A small cooler, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella were available for use. A gem!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Turks and Caicos! The house is spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Host with the Most!!

Majid was the best host ever!! He was so helpful. We had car trouble when we first arrived and he helped us get a new battery for the car. He is also around quite a bit to facilitate kite launches on the beach. Really great host and great stay. The accommodations were nice and just as described. Great location if you like kiting or just quiet evening beach walks.

Great location

Loved the place. My kids slept ok the sofa bed that was very conformtable. Walking distance to the beach which was great. Paddleboards and kayak were avaialble for us directly at the beach. Lots of embrellas and chairs Available at the complexe. I recommand this place.

Majid is responsive and welcoming. His properties at Sea La Vie are clean and comfortable. Although Long Bay Beach isnt a busy beach its great to have a nice quiet beach nearby. As he recommends in his description, you'll need to rent a car unless you take cabs which i hear can be expensive if your trying to get around to the more touristy areas.

Quiet & Clean - Just Perfect!

We stayed 5 nights recently at Sea La Vie. The property is on the less busy side of the island, which was perfect for us. The villa was immaculate, large and had everything we needed for our stay! There were "good"(Tommy Bahama) beach chairs and an umbrella we took to the beach every day! The outdoor shower was a plus. Kitchen had ample supplies although we did not cook at all. The walk to the beach on Long Bay is challenging because the sand is deep and it was quite windy. We preferred our beach time at Taylor Bay and Sunset Beach. Check in was smooth and Majid was responsive to some questions we had about where things were located. There were no directions about check out, but that was ok..The Island is expensive and the villa has a drip coffee maker. Bring ground coffee with you! There were some filters which was a nice touch. Fridge/Freezer has a built in ice and water dispenser which was fantastic! We didn't have to buy water once:) Overall, a terrific and quiet stay. We rented a car to get around which was needed! The property is beautiful, convenient and quaint. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Majid..We will definitely be back!

Quaint and Quiet

Majid’s place was cute and quiet. It was certainly off the beaten path from downtown and Grace Bay. You will definitely need a car as there is no taxis available or accessible. Once we rented a car, our trip was great. The unit did not post critical information on site for local attractions, accessibility to taxis, restaurants, hospitals and pertinent information which is important for people coming from out of town. The house itself was nice. It lacked the basics- oven mitts, spray cleaner, ice, hand soap. Bring your own or you will have to buy some there. The grill was rotted and needed a good cleaning. The pool was lovely. Plenty of space, floats and sunshine. Highly recommend spending time there. The beach is a little walk. Be prepared to haul your stuff. There isn’t much room to lay out besides the chairs provided. Beautiful views though. Communication with Majid was good. His maintenance man was onsite and helped us a lot. He fixed our screen door, helped repair the ice maker and gave us a ride to downtown to the grocery store. Turks and Caicos was beautiful. Next time, I would stay closer to Grace Bay where things are I walking distance.
