Fantastic Long Weekend
Our family gathered at the Clevelander for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The views were spectacular and the place was so open and comfortable, we preferred to stay there for most of our stay. The folks at TKCA (especially Beverly) were incredibly helpful in arranging various things, including having a chef prepare dinner one of the nights we were there. We'd highly recommend this property

Absolutely worst management ever
They would laundry our towel in same villa while rhey supposed to bring new one each day. Bedsheets weee not changed. Also weather was cold we ask pool to heat up and they never did. Instead told us it will be warm in few hours we waited entire evening to morning not heated at all and no one follow up either. Location of property is good but service is worst. Some of the upstairs bedrooms door were not locking so my kids were not feeling safe. Also had broken patio glass could cut my children’s finger. Over all think other options before you rent this property.
