This is the perfect location to stay if you want a quiet spot with a beautiful beach. The condo was spotless and stocked with everything that we needed. The manager, Pamela was so kind and responsive and the check-in/check-out process was very simple and fast. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Also, the pool was amazing and we often had it to ourselves. We visited most beaches there on the island, and we found that we couldn’t wait to get back to our secluded beach at the end of the day. We loved the quiet atmosphere there. The water is stunning and we loved walking to the Northwest point of the island where we found some fabulous snorkeling. We will stay there again!

Wonderfully quiet and beautiful

Beautiful property with zero crowds. If you like the hustle/bustle of nearby restaurants, bars, resorts, traffic and people … this isn’t the place for you. However, if you like or want a quiet week on a beautiful beach, interspersed with time at a huge beautiful pool (including at night to stargaze) and a clean & charming condo … then this is the place. You won’t be disappointed! Rental car is essential given the location if you want to be able to visit other place on the island, go to the grocery store etc.

Great condo steps from a beautiful secluded beach

The other reviews are very accurate. We chose this for the seclusion, it is not like the hustle and bustle near Grace Bay, this is very secluded with a beautiful beach that is loaded with teenage sea turtles! We say 6-10 each morning. Be aware the email communication will be from Caribbean Dreams Mgt, not VRBO and will likely end up in junk folder. This was the only hiccup and once we met Pamela she is wonderful!

Best 10 year Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. The location, set up, and atmosphere of this condo and resort were great. If you are looking for seclusion with basically your own private beach, this is the spot. Another bonus of this resort is that it is close to Malcolm's Beach and Bonefish Point. Pamela is probably the best property manager we have encountered, she is a great communicator and very hospitable.

Beautiful condo with excellent wifi and A/C.

Everyone from start to finish was great to work with. Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Only negative is the 4 mile dirt road to the property. One of the worst roads I’ve ever been on and had to drive very slow so as to not do damage to our rental car. 100% out of the control of the owners of the condo and the association! This was a public road.

Quiet Oasis

We enjoyed the property and the amenities (pool, hot tub & quiet beach) along with the view of the ocean right outside our door. It’s a quieter area about a 20-25 minute drive from attractions but this was exactly what we were looking for

Perfect Property

The process of renting this property was easy . Pamela was always prompt with communications and extremely professional. The condo is extremely clean and just the right size for two people. The ocean views were beautiful and our stay was quite, relaxing and peaceful. Just what we were looking for in a vacation.

Vacation Home Away From The Crowds

This small yet just enough comfortable space for two is the best for a quiet and relaxing time away from the rest of the world. Checking in was met with a warm, smiling face. She was very helpful in explaining the layout of the property and facilities, the town, and other local concerns like curfews and mosquitoes. No joke! After a short 15 minute shower, the mosquitoes nearly picked us up and carried us away. Be prepared to drive or be driven to the best place away from the crowds and to be placed into tranquility. With all the amenities offered, you only need food, reef safe sunscreen, and snorkeling gear to truly enjoy the time of your life! You're far enough away that bathing suits could be optional, but check the local laws :) Just Kidding. Do not take my word... The kitchen is fully equipped and has some spices that were paid-forward from previous guests. We added to that spice rack and left some laundry detergent too. The washing machine does have a small label describing how to use. We found out that if the clicking occurs and the rinse cycle does not start, it is because the lid is not locked. Simply push on the left side of the lid and press the start button once to engage the lock. All is well after that. The bathroom is great. The shower has nice water pressure too for getting the sand out of those hard to reach places. And the complimentary supplies for enjoying the pool and beach front are more than accommodating. The internet is also great for connecting to your favorite streaming service to enjoy a little creature comforts from home while preparing and enjoying dinner or relaxing just before bed. The bed and room itself are well positioned to turn off the A/C, open up the windows and doors (keep the screens closed unless you like mosquitoes) and enjoy the awesome beach breeze. This lovely first floor corner unit with a view of the beach and waves is just the best place to be!

20th Anniversary at Bella Vista

The Bella Vista at the Northwest Point Resort was perfectly wonderful for our 20th Anniversary! The condo was in perfect shape, decorated well, everything worked great, and there was a really a nice assortment of treats waiting for us In the fridge. It was great to be able to just relax and have a beer after a long day of travel! We had a great view of the ocean from our couch and easy access to the pool. Kathy and Gregg were very kind and we really enjoyed meeting them, watching them dominate kite surfing, and the presceco gift made our already awesome week special!! We wanted a secluded place, and the ability to explore TCI so this checked every box for us! Great snorkeling and shelling right off the beach and the walk to the point never disappointed! Great room, amazing quiet and secluded location.

This property is on the north east end of the island and far from the busy resorts and packed beaches. We loved walking the beach, watching sunrises and sunsets, snorkeling off the beach and long walks. Usually you were the only person in sight. We simply loved it. The property manager was helpful ahead of the trip, answering questions and advising things to do. The rooms were clean, up to date and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Slice of paradise

First time in Turks & Caicos. Definitely not the last. The condo was everything we expected and more. Phil walked us through everything prior to our trip. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, everything we needed to make us feel at home. The complex and beaches were beautiful and serene. Would highly recommend to visitors wanting time away from hustle and bustle. Quiet Stay In Paradise

If you are looking for a very quiet place to lie on the beach, enjoy the gentle waves and unplug for a bit, this is the perfect place. You are off the beaten path a bit, but it is worth it. Phil did a great job taking care of us and responding to any requests. We visited before the busy season and knew the resort restaurant was not going to be open regularly, but Eddie and his staff accommodated us for a very special Anniversary dinner that was perfect. Our trip was amazing and we can't wait to return someday

Beautiful setting. Beach and pool are great. Condo is smaller (especially bedroom) and older than expected. Condo was not well cleaned. But biggest issue is that there are not light darkening blinds nor drapes in bedroom and outside lights shine in all night. Room is brighter at night than during day! Eye mask is necessity. Phil is great to work with and the car rental he provides is good.

My wife and I spent 7 nights in unit 105, and it was excellent. The owner, Phil, made sure everything was up to date and exceptionally clean. NWP is away from the hustle, but not so far that a 20 minute drive doesn't solve. Quiet evenings and star gazing abound at NWP. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and private beach. You really couldn't swim here for there was a lot of seaweed. The kite riders were here to greet us each morning and what a sight that was. You could walk and walk on the beach for it was as far as the eye could see. Very beautiful. The condo we stayed in was very clean and Phil was very helpful emailing info to us. The restaurants he suggested were wonderful. The dining experiences we had for lunches and dinners were superb. One thing that did drive us crazy was the sliding screen door in the condo, it came off the track each time you used it, very bothersome. Asked to have someone take a look at it and never showed up. Would we stay again. YES

Remote, down to earth and very friendly

This was our first trip to T&C and as we didn't have much time to research so we didn't know what to expect. We did expect our place to be on Grace Bay, which it's not, it's on the farthest point of the island, with nothing else around which we actually really appreciated. Grace Bay would have been too congested for us so North West Point was perfect. Nothing fancy, and at times things didn't work, but that's part of island living and you just need to go with the flow. Everyone in the resort seemed to struggle with a bit of the same. Not the end of the world. If you need 57 channels on your TV, fast WiFi, or luxury, this is not the place for you. If you're OK with things being a little dated, but, a lovely pool, a hot hot tub, a beautiful beach and super friendly people by all means come along. We had a fantastic vacation, that we'll be paying off for longer than anticipated because everything is twice the cost of home but it was worth every penny and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. We actually had to stay two extra days because our flight got cancelled last minute and Phil was kind enough to extend us for another couple days - thanks Phil.
