The property manager is very unresponsive. The directions into the property were incorrect. Property had 4 TV’s that could not be watched for 18 hours due to missing or non working remotes. Called multiple times day of arrival and did not receive batteries for remotes until next day. House was not adequately supplied. Missing towels, soap and toilet paper in bathrooms. No garbage bags in whole house and was required to take out garbage. No soap for dishwasher. Non working fire alarm hanging on ceiling. Would not stay at any property this management company manages. The property had a nice backyard with good landscaping and a shared pool. If you care about service and supplies don’t stay at this property.
