Raymond was a great host very responsive. House is clean and spacious, comfy beds, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We were here visiting Son based at Ft. Lee, less than 10-minute ride.

The location was excellent as it was central to a lot of places. Raymond was very quick to respond whenever I reached out. Accessing the house was easy. Very quiet neighborhood, besides the fact that everyone speeds on the street that runs along side of the house in case you have children with you.

So from the pictures it looks like a beautiful luxury rental. However looks can be deceiving. Check in was easy, but immediately I noticed the spiderwebs covering the door and the porches. When I opened the front door it appeared clean the living room was

Best experience yet!

I have stayed at multiple houses, this one was by far the best. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and a great lay out. Communication with the owner was amazing, check in and out was seamless. Great yard for dogs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!

I had no issues with the location, very clean and neat property!!! Lighting on the exterior was sufficient if you had to go out at night. Neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and well maintained . Lovely decor throughout the house. Beds were comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay

A bit of a nightmare

The house location an setup was pretty good, but we had some issues that made this stay less than enjoyable. First, we couldn't get into the house. Second, when we finally got in after 45 minutes the house smelled like pot (very badly). When I reached out to the owner about it he said that the cleaners knew this was an issue. I also contacted him about the AC not working. He said he tried to get a technician out there but couldn't. It was 80 in the house, and it wouldn't cool off at all. This house was way too expensive for the issues we had while staying there. The owner isn't willing to discount it at all and has been avoiding my messages for weeks now. If you have any other options, I would recommend staying elsewhere.
