One of the best places we’ve stayed in a while and I LOVE that they put in a Christmas tree in the living room. Great vibe, tons of amenities, very spacious and PERFECT location!! We never needed to drive- we were right in the heart of town. We will definitely be back!!!!

The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located to everything in the downtown area, including the parking garage just across from the stairwell exit. There is some noise due to the adjacent Jersey Lily saloon so earplugs may be useful for light sleepers. We would definitely stay there again!

Hidden Gem in the middle of the Row!

This place is a great option if you want to be in the middle of the Whiskey Row night life! It's a little dated inside, but it has everything you could possibly need and more. Being right next to the bars, it is a little loud until closing time, but that's to be expected. The bed is comfortable, and the jetted tub was amazing! We had some issues getting in due to the digital lock batteries dying, but we called and got assistance pretty quick.

It's a beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Be sure to go out and enjoy downtown Prescott before it gets too late because, despite its wild west past, it's a town that closes down pretty early in the evening. But you couldn't ask for a better location for enjoying downtown. The only problem with the place was that the jets in the tub weren't working and by the time we tried it out, it seemed a little late to call about it since it's not like a regular hotel with an all night staff. Aside from that, I would only caution that the checkout time is the earliest I've ever seen at 10am, so you'll have to be up bright and early to get ready to go. We decided to trade our desire to stay in such a cool location for our desire to sleep in and have a slow, leisurely morning but it is a trade off. I would recommend staying more than one night to really get the most out of it and be able to enjoy it fully. We just had one night to ourselves while our toddler was with her grandparents but I wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the perfect place to spend our 15th anniversay. There are a few, minor details that could use a little updating (ie. furniture/decor), but the location and charm of this place made it easy to overlook. We can't wait to to return again!
