So so, but I knew what I was getting into, when

Well, the chairs were all one step above folding chairs, no fridge to keep my drinks cool. Pillows were too large, and there were only provided with two pillows. Instead of four, staff at the front desk was very friendly. Just not the level I’ve been used to, but beggars can’t be choosy, it was the last room in the city.

I reserved a Deluxe Room and Hotels.com did not give Motel 6 this information so we had to stay in a small room. So we had to stay in a small room. So they screwed up are reservation. Will not use Hotels.com again really disappointed.

No frills but good enough

This is a bare bones hotel. Don't expect extras of any sort. But if you need an inexpensive place to sleep, then this is it. It's a little old but is clean. The AC knobs were only partly functional but we kept plenty cool in July. The room was small to the point one bed was right against the AC. But again, on a holiday weekend, this facility kept their rates down.

Non-smoking room reeks of smoke

We booked a non-smoking room and they had a whole non smoking building, however the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The person I was traveling with has asthma and we were unable to stay in the room without her having severe symptoms. They were unable to accommodate us and refused a refund.

Responsive staff

Check in was super easy. When i called that the AC unit wouldnt turn on maintenance showed up and got it going right away. I think the unit may need more work as it didnt seem to keep the room cool enough and shared my thoughts with staff. They were very grateful for my feedback.

Hotel needs renovations. We booked last minute so only affordable hotel. Since last minute we ended up with a smoking room and the smell was awful. Rooms are run down. Staff tried best to help us. They put a filter in room but could only help so much. Staff attentive and lady who worked front desk super friendly and came right away when requested extra towels and batteries for remote.

Daughter's needed a place close to the hospital the wife was in icu after surgery they had to clean the shower with bleach to use it , then mais service came in the only thing they did was take out the trash no clean sheets or towels were left they had to go to the front desk to ask for towels , don't be fooled by the pictures on the website what you see is not what you get
