A neighborhood hotel in the old town

We had a front room in the hotel so you had bar noise into the night. It's a neighborhood hotel in the old town so there are some fun things outside the door.The bathroom was wanting but it has the Italian charm.

moi j'ai aimé mon séjour , le seul souci, c'est la fermeture des rues du centre historique, pour faire une zone piétonne, les restaurants installent les tables dehors et les magasins restent ouvert tard. donc compliqué pour se garer(pendant les jeudis du mois de juillet)

Greedy people, poor customer service.

Booked for few nights with the refundable booking for a business stay. Every thing looks ok, sadly missed the connecting flight, hence had to change travel plan. Contacted the hotel, as soon as missed the flight to cancel the booking, Hotel refused to do that. Asked hotel, if they can take first two days money and refund the remaining. In reply- they just rudely refused.

E' la seconda volta che ci vado e ci tornerò ancora. Anche se l'hotel è un po' vecchio e logoro io mi ci trovo bene. E' pulito, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, la colazione a buffet buona e la posizione, a 2 passi da Piazza del Duomo. è eccezzionale. Ringrazio e saluto tutto lo staff dell'Hotel Flora.

Great location, convenient to everything in Prato. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the walls were VERY thin, so I could hear my neighbours showering, talking, moving around, etc. It sounded as if they were inside my wardrobe!

Godt hotel i centrum

Det er et godt mindre hotel i centrum af Prato. Beliggenheden er god og det er let at komme med toget til Firenze på 30 minutter. Service på hotellet er god og morgenmaden er fornuftig. Hvis man kommer i bil kan man parkere gratis lige udenfor døren. Prato er et godt udgangspunkt for at opleve Toscana. Vi besøgte både Firenze, Pisa, Lucca og Val d'Orcia.

Entorno ruidoso en zona de copas. Lo demas bien.

Hotel correcto salvi 2 detalles. El parking gratuito era un pase para aparcar en la calle y es una zona de copas por lo que no apetece mucho dejarlo alli. No pueeo opinar sobre el desayuno porque solo estuve 7 horas y me costó dormir por el bullicio de la calle.

Avevo letto alcune recensioni che davano l'hotel come datato ma ha decisamente superato le mie aspettative, non è datato ma di più; già entrando nella hall e alla reception si vede e si sente un'atmosfera vecchia, datata, come nelle camere; gli accessori e rubinetterie del bagno consumate dal tempo; le pareti avrebbero bisogno di una bella rinfrescata; il ristorante non è da meno, anzi stessa datazione; il buffet soddisfava a malapena le esigenze dei clienti; in grandi linee non ci tornerei.
