Good location just yards to subway station. Close to most tourist attractions. Cons,: TV did not work carpet in hallways is filthy. Booking and checkin is a hassle you have to submit photos and passport info prior to stay. No on site staff

We requested for an early check in by messaging thru Expedia platform but I never receive a reply so we ended up waiting for hours, my issue what’s the point of sending a warm welcome message when there’s not even a reply as I even rang them hence still unable to get in touch as it remains busy. Lovely place in the heart of Prague, perfectly located to reach everything easily. Very clean and quiet at all times, despite being in a very fun and popular area. The apartment size is very generous, appliances and fixtures are perfect, the bathroom is very spacious. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that there is not an area where you can store your luggage after the check-out just in case you still have some time to spend in Prague before travelling. There is a paid luggage deposit store at a walking distance though, with quite convenient fares.

Loved the size and layout of this property. Right in Wenceslas square. Close to food, and action. The property was large and spacious for my family. What I didn’t like, although the washroom was large, the shower leaked through the bottom grating and left the room damp and musty.

Best City Apartment in Prague

The apartment was clean, had everything you would need ie iron hairdryer toiletries, towels, plenty of clothes hangers and easily slept 5 females with no fighting as there was 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen you had every you would need should you be staying for 2 days or 2 weeks. There was also a really nice roof terrace with amazing views. It was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance of the Astronomical Clock the Castle and the boat cruises. Wish we had been there longer to see more of the sights but when we do return I will definately book this apartment.

It was always a challenge to communicate with the property manager. Between their poor automated software and lack of call backs, I had to reach out to Expedia for help. Also, due to its location no car service will enter the area. One of our two rooms had a completely flat matress.

Apartment was spotless, but it’s almost impossible to locate. You arrive at the location and there is ZERO signage to tell you which building it is. The doormen on the strip club next door saw me looking confused and they guided me in the right direction. Although Wenceslas square is pretty, within 5 minutes of leaving the apartment at 21:30 I was approached by 3 street hookers, and 2 men trying to sell drugs. Not ideal, but maybe it’s cause I was a male on his own. Emailed the host a couple of days before I arrived with a couple of questions and didn’t receive a response. Rooms far too hot and no way to turn the heating down. It’s on or off. But was too cold to open the window. Facilities in the room were spot on, no complaints there. Decent apartment at a very good price, but would I stay there again? Probably not. Let down by the area, I walked away from the square immediately each time I left the apartment. If you’re a stag do however, it would probably be ideal!

Everything is perfect: the location is unbeatable, the apartment is modern, fully equipped, and spotless. The only suggestion I have is to be more responsive to guests' emails. I sent two emails to the reception but didn't receive a reply, so I had to call instead.
