The property itself is lovely and the Beer spa is a nice little extra, Dasha was the friendliest person in the place she worked at the beer Spa, however the majority of the staff were just downright rude/ignorant, we weren’t offered a welcome drink or maybe more to the point unwelcoming drink, breakfast staff all look Mardy , we were vip , no room upgrade given even though rooms were available we are now in Zürich and it is taking us by surprise people saying good morning after being in Prague 5 days
