My only problem was the lack of detail attended to cleaning the rooms. I had 2 rooms and it was clear there was no attention to detail, as they left items such as dirty glasses on the floor. Just mainly made the beds. Other than that occurring at least twice, my stay at the Michelangelo was superb.

The room was great and the free prosecco was a nice touch. The hotel is very conveniently located near a lot of the main attractions. There are also two decent pubs just opposite. The breakfast was a highlight.

The room was clean and warm and a bottle of Prosecco greeted us! Hotel location is in a quiet section of Old Town but walking distance to shopping malls and great restaurants. The breakfast spread is amazing too!

Beautiful hotel, great service from staff, excellent breakfast and when i realised i had left my ring in the room (and i was almost boarding my plane home) they supported me brilliantly, especially Jara, thank you. I can't say many other hotels would have been so promt and reliable as you, i recieved my ring today, thank you. I will definately stay again and will always recomend.

Cleanliness and warmth, very nice really enjoyed everything. Breakfast was good too. Restaurant had no seats in the evening left though to have a drink. Only thing wrong with the room was that there was black mould spores around the window in room 215 and I’m severely allergic to mould which I didn’t see until the last few days but may explain why I am coming home with breathing difficulties and I’ve come down with an illness. And the cleaners didn’t replace the flannels after day 1 they took the dirty ones but didn’t replace so had to go find the cart to get some myself. Overall would stay again though, very very nice. We came from Cyprus in the Middle East as a family of 3.

Fab hotel, gorgeous room and great location. Service was great but not too many smiles from staff, friendliness was lacking. Breakfast a little chaotic. Was super busy and table turn around was slow so it meant standing around waiting for a clean table and getting in everyone’s way.
