Hidden away but right in the center

I heard about this hotel from a blogger that it was close to everything and hidden away from the noisy streets . Absolutely amazing was my stay . It met all my expectations even the included breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel .

Well located but needs some improvements

Well located about six min walk to main square and 7-10 Uber to train/bus station. The rooms were clean and decent but the AC barely worked. We had it on 10 and barely cool…called and they brought us a portable AC which helped. The WiFi was also extremely bad, especially for Zoom/streaming purposes. Free breakfast was a nice addition with decent selections, but staff could be friendlier overall. Overall the location is the highlight here.

Overall was ok due to hotel location; is it a 4 star? No; i would grade it a 3 star ( no room slippers, no shaving kit, no vanity kit); they charge a storage fee of 1€/luggage if you need to store the luggage after checkout ( never heard this not even in Cuba:)) Are we going to return to this hotel? No! Return to Prague? Definitely yes!!!

The only downside is they show pictures of terrace with castle views but people don't have access to what looks like communal areas like terrace and only accessible by people with rooms with castle views.

Good room but no WiFi

Hotel was clean and moderate in size. However, the WiFi does not work at all. When it does come on, it’s at very low speed and basically unusable. When we asked the front desk about it, they said there’s nothing they can do as they have ordered the low speed and not high speed internet. For the price I didn’t feel that this stay was worth it

Well placed for the old town and very walkable. The only downside to our stay was that I had to share a double bed with my 22 year old son. I was told that I had not requested twin beds and there were no other rooms available until the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. It didn’t seem worth moving to another room for just 1 day so offer was declined. I did receive an email regarding room preferences the day after we had arrived! Separate duvets were provided and we slept head to toe so we managed…..still…. The room itself was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. There is a well stocked mini bar. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. The only disappointment was that I thought the hotel had a roof top terrace. I believe that this is only available to the guests staying on the top floor 😕. Overall though, it is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and I would return.

A very well run hotel. Rooms were spotless and house keeping staff were great. Breakfast was varied and very good. Staff were attentive and kept all the dishes refreshed. Front desk was also very good and booked tours for us. Big plus was plenty of hot water in the shower.
