We were under the impression we booked a hotel. This was a property that had no one to answer the door of the address. Luckily, our children were staying across the street at the NYX. The reception there called the number on our reservation for us. We had to walk a half mile to sign in and then were told to call the number at 3 pm, so we could get in. We didn't have an international cell. We asked the NYX to call for us and no one answered both numbers. We called again and waited 30 minutes for someone to show us the room. It was OK, but no soap, no shampoo etc. The neighbors were yelling all night. Don't stay here!

Lovely hotel with kitchenette

The staff are nice and helpful. The location is good. It takes a few minutes walk to main train station / bus terminal. There are tram stations nearby, so it is conventient to access places. I love to stay in hotel because the room is pretty and cozy. Highly recommended!!!

5 nights in Prague

Great location as just off Wenceslas Square but noisy from the frequent passing of trams. Very clean, comfortable and spacious brand new top floor apartment. Customer service good but no clean towels or bins emptied during our five night stay. Excellent for local amenities too with a cheap well stocked supermarket (Albert), post office and lovely restaurants. Metro station just up the road too. And yes we had window blinds, the room next door did not! But would definitely recommend our apartment (JS2).

Hardware is good, but software needs a lot of work

Building is brand new. Facilities are new and clean. Large TV with netflix, fully equipped kitchen, etc. However, the operation of this facility needs a lot of work. I had set up a meeting time for check in (no one is there and you need to set up a time and they come to the building to check you in) but had to wait for more than an hour. I'm sure some may have had no problems at all, but I was one of the unfortunate ones.

El apartamento está muy bien situado es amplio y tiene los servicios básicos. No tiene, en otros apartamentos en los que he estado en Praga si lo tenían, productos de aseo personal, la cafetera debió ser utilizada sin poner filtro y estaba obstruida con café. Sólo había un sofá de dos plazas para las 4 personas que éramos.

便利で清潔、また泊まりたいスタジオ

たいへんい心地がいい、市内のどこに行くにも便利なスポット。簡易キッチンの設備がすばらしい。自炊が苦にならない人なら1ヶ月優雅に過ごせます。トイレの戸の立て付けの悪さには目をつぶって。
